Booking Terms and Conditions

?Payment: A deposit of £50 GBP, 70 euros, $120 CAD per person must be paid on completion of booking or the full amount if the booking is made within 6 weeks of departure. If you do not require insurance or are not insurable under the terms and conditions, please advise us at the time of booking. The booking is not accepted until the date shown on the confirmation as issued by the Company. If the booking is not accepted the deposit will be refunded. Alteration or cancellation by a customer of an accepted booking will be subject to the provisions as stated below. All outstanding amounts must be paid 35 days before departure.

We accept cash, online bank transfer, cheques and credit cards. Credit cards: Visa, Master Card, JCB and American Express accepted. You can pay through our secure booking site or we can call you to get the details. Cheques should be made out to Course Master Golf Holidays and mailed to the nearest Course Master Golf Holidays office. Cash payments can be made by clients who are in the same city as our offices or through our local representatives. Those clients with Online Banking facilities can transfer payment directly into Course Master's account. Account details will be sent by e-mail.

Changes and cancellations: If you decide to alter any details after your booking has been accepted by the Company, providing we are informed 35 days prior to departure, there will be a £20 GBP, 30 euros, $45 CAD administration fee per booking as charged. If the customer does not pay the balance of the holiday price at the prescribed time, the Company reserves the right, after due notice to the customer or agents, as appropriate, to cancel the booking. In this event, or if the customer cancels after the booking is accepted, the deposit may be forfeited. If a customer cancels for any valid reason, Course Master will make every effort to obtain refunds from its suppliers for our customer. A full refund will be made if you find a substitute passenger for your reservation who is willing to accept your obligations at the time we are notified of your cancellation and providing that there are no government, hotel or airline regulations prohibiting substitutions. If the person with whom you are booked to share accommodation cancels, you will be required to pay increased charges for the room.

Documentation: It is the personal responsibility of all travellers to have in their possession the correct documentation required for their journey. Course Master cannot be held responsible in the event that a traveller is considered to be an undesirable visitor, whether or not the traveller’s documents are in order, and in such an event, any cost associated with an early return or detainment will be at the traveller’s expense.

Baggage: Golf clubs, surfboards, scuba equipment and the like may be carried by an airline subject to the airlines terms, conditions and tariff. It is your responsibility to check with the airline in advance and make such arrangements as may be necessary before going to the airport. Travellers are urged to insure their baggage before leaving home. Course Master can arrange travel insurance including golf cover for its clients in the UK, Ireland and USA. Prices: Course Master Golf Holidays reserves the right to change our brochure and website prices at any time due to currency fluctuations. Once you have paid your deposit, there will be no change in price.

Conditions: Course Master Golf Holidays makes arrangements with car rental companies, hotels, golf courses and ground transportation companies to provide you with travel services and the services they supply are subject to their terms and conditions, tariffs, conditions of carriage, international conventions and agreements or customs of their business. Once travel has commenced, Course Master cannot assume responsibility for any refunds, losses, damage, costs or expenses arising out of injury accident or death, loss of or damage to or delay in connection with baggage or other property, delay, inconvenience, upset, disappointment, stress, frustration or loss of holiday time resulting from the act or fault or omission by any party other than Course Master Golf Holidays or its employees; mechanical breakdown, government action, weather, strike or any other action beyond its control; travellers failure to provide documentation necessary for the journey and return to their home country; being denied access to aircraft due to contravening the airline’s condition of carriage; being held by Government direction; the traveller missing connections.

Force Majeure: The Company accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure events such as strikes, riots, political unrest, war hostilities, threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, weather problems or similar events beyond its control.
