The Residence Golf Hotel is located in the Macrolotto zone of Prato, across the street from Le Pavoniere Golf Club. The hotel is new with 30 spacious and confortable one room apartments. The area is quiet and there are a number of services located nearby including an aesthetic centre with solarium, bank, and a variety of restaurants and bars including Sasso d’Oro (specialising in fresh fish) and la La Fontana (specialized in Tuscan cooking).

Accommodation: 30 spacious, comfortable and well furnished one room apartments comprising spacious bedroom with kitchen, hairdryer and a large balcony with a pleasant view of the golf club and the Carmignano’s hills. All the apartments have air-conditioning, satellite TV and phone. They accommodate two persons in either double or twin beds. It is possible to add an extra bed for children or adults.

Nearby: Cascine di Tavola park , originally an agricultural estate, property of Lorenzo the Magnificent, offers the quiet walks along paths planted with trees or pleasant stops on the wide lawns. In front of the park there is a children’s play area. A few kilometers from the Residence is the Villa Medicea in Poggio a Caiano. Designed by Giuliano da Sangallo for Lorenzo the Magnificent and built around 1480, this was the summer residence of the Medici family and is a fine example of Renaissance architecture. Inside there are important frescos, in particular the lunette frescoed by Pontormo, one of the masterpieces of Florentine Mannerism.
Location: a 20-minute drive from Florence. Easily reachable from either the A1 Milano - Napoli or A11 Firenze - Pisa Nord motorway.
