The Parkstone is a 30-bedroomed hotel - all rooms ensuite, situated on Prestwick seafront, with spectacular views over the island of Arran and towards the Mull of Kintyre. The hotel was acquired in 1933 by the present owner's grandmother and has been operated by the family during that time. Its history has mirrored the history around it and its constant ability to change with the sector has been driven by a family commitment to providing quality facilities and services whilst endeavouring to retain its traditional Scottish atmosphere. Nearest Golf: The Hotel is situated in the heart of Ayrshire golfing country, adjacent to Prestwick Golf Club and Prestwick St Nicholas Golf Course. The Open Championship Courses of Turnberry and Royal Troon are a 30-minute drive and 10 minute drive away respectively. There are numerous private and public courses within a very short traveling time of the Hotel. We are also able to make all golfing arrangements required and can offer various packages to suit your individual needs.There are numerous courses such as Belleisle, Lochgreen, Barassie etc, within 15 minutes travelling time.

Location: The hotel is two minutes by taxi from Prestwick Airport and within walking distance of the main rail station, and town centre.There is a half-hourly train service to Glasgow (journey time 45 minutes). Glasgow is the premier shopping centre outwith London but also offers more diverse attractions such as the Football and Transport Museum, Kelvingrove Art Gallery, Burrell Collection and Rennie McIntosh Buildings.
The Burns Heritage Centre, Culzean Castle are also within easy reach.
