Novo Sancti Petri Golf Course is located on Cadiz’s Atlantic coast, near the village of Chiclana de la Frontera. Designed by Severiano Ballesteros, this golf resort has 54 holes.
Round A consists of four Par 3s, ten Par 4s and four Par 5s, whereas round B offers six Par 3s, six Par 4s and six Par 5s. Both rounds have Par 72. Round A (MAR + PINOS): holes 1 to 9 have wide fairways and three lakes. The 6th green, which is situated on the beach, is the most spectacular . Holes 10 to 18 are bordered by pine trees, without water hazards.
Round B (CENTRO): the first 9 holes are flat, with a lake between holes 5, 8 and 9. From hole 10 to 13, the course is hillier and offers magnificent looks over the Atlantic. The 18th hole has an S-shaped bunker (Severiano).Various water hazards (there are six lakes), the abundant vegetation, bunkers, as well as the ocean breeze make play here interesting.
Round C (CAMPANO): after a complete renovation of the "old" 9 holes, this course will open mid-November 2007. This course will be a challenge and since it has been formed from the old course, it will not give you the impression of playing a "new" course. Enjoy the original design of Robert Trent Jones Sr and the new clubhouse with cafeteria, terrace and pro-shop.
