This complex has exceptional facilities in a fantastic location, there are 2 swimming pools, communal gardens, lifts and all the apartments also have underground parking. The complex is situated right on the beach next to the marina. Marina Real is also wheelchair and pushchair friendly.

Duquesa area: There are many restaurants and bars to choose from including Greek, pizza, Indian, Chinese, Spanish, tapas bars, etc. Lively night life and some shops. Also nearby is the 'old port' which has fish and seafood restaurants, beach bars and lots of atmosphere. Sunday flea market at nearby town of Sabanillas. Well situated for excursions into southern Andalucia to see the white villages. Estepona (10 minute drive) has waterskiing, windsurfing, jet-skiing, scuba diving, sailing, pedaloes, fishing and boat trips. Marbella (20 minute drive) has excellent shopping and night life.
