Pure luxury! Villa La Vida is a secluded, newly built, spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa that will sleep up to 12 people. It is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Set in its own private grounds. Built deep into an established and fully mature orange grove. Villa La Vida has its own 14 x 8 metre heated swimming pool, full size tennis court, both a jacuzzi and a hot tub, and extensive gardens.

Accommodation for the Luxury Villa:
Entrance is gained via its own gates up a winding drive through mature orange trees. There is a turning circle and a double garage at the front of the property.

Villa La Vida is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa that will sleep up to 12 people. It is fully air-conditioned throughout all 5 bedrooms and in the lounge, dining and kitchen area. Downstairs there is a family bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is a twin, the other a double with en-suite, both with wardrobes.

Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms and another family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large en-suite bathroom and access to an outside terrace at the rear. There is another double bedroom at the rear, again with access to the outside terrace, and includes a double bed and a set of bunk beds. To the front there is a further double bedroom. All upstairs bedrooms have wardrobes. From the upstairs landing there is also a door leading out onto a large external terrace to the side of the villa overlooking the tennis court.

Inside there is a large open salon with a separate large dining area leading to the kitchen. All three areas are separate but have been designed in an open-plan format to create a large living area. The lounge has comfortable chairs and settees around a stone and marble fireplace. There is a large wide-screen TV, DVD, satellite TV and CD music system. Two sets of double doors open onto the rear terrace overlooking the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, microwave etc. The dining area has a large table with 10 chairs. Two sets of doors lead onto the raised terrace over looking the pool. Downstairs there is also a utility room with a washing machine and a second fridge.

To the left side of the villa is a separate courtyard which contains an outside pool room, toilet and sink. The courtyard also houses a large built in barbeque and terrace with tables and chairs.

To the right of the villa is its own full sized tennis court, gardens and two further terraces for those who want to disappear off for a quiet bit of sunbathing in the afternoon or to watch a set or two of tennis.

To the rear of the villa is a mosaic 14 x 8 metre heated swimming pool with underwater lighting and springboard. Attached to the side of this is a jacuzzi. The pool is surrounded by extensive terracing upon which are to be found numerous sun loungers, hammocks and tables and chairs.

To the rear there are also a further two other terraced areas and a lawn. On one of these other terraces is to be found a separate hot tub and spa - great for star gazing on clear nights!

The villa is set in a secluded spot yet is only 15 minutes away from the coast. The views from the villa are spectacular ranging round from the beautiful Cabrera mountains, over to the old town of Mojacar and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Local area: Villa la Vida is the perfect base for a huge variety of different holidays. For those who want a quiet, peaceful time, the villa has everything and you don't have to venture far. Within a short distance there are a number of well stocked, very good, supermarkets full of fresh produce (including a lot of fish brought in from the local fishing port of Garrucha) together with the old market towns of Antas and Vera.

For those who love their sport the villa offers not only tennis, swimming and Sky Sports but also a number of tremendous golf courses close by. Among them are the spectacular Desert Springs and Valle Del Este golf resorts - each about 10 minutes drive from the villa.

For those who want to venture a little further (between 15 and 25 minutes away) there is the Vera beach coast, with it's water park, the fishing town of Garrucha, Mojacar old town and the Mojacar playa.

Within easy striking distance are a number of sandy beaches and a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

If you want to drive a little further the cities of Almeria, Murcia and Granada are all drivable for a day trip as are many of the other coastal areas on the Costa Almeria and it's natural parks.

Rates:

Prices are for renting the whole villa for a period of 7 days. Prices do not include flights or transfers.

The villa is professionally managed. You will be greeted at the villa and shown around. There will be a welcome pack on your arrival which usually includes a bottle of wine or a few beers. There is a weekly maid service which can be increased on request.

All bed linen and pool towels are provided.
