The hotel is located in the heart of the Costa Brava, less than 50 metres from a long, sandy beach, bordered by the Platja de Pals Golf Club and close to The Serres de Pals Golf Club, its own two courses.The hotel was constructed in 1991 with a style which blends perfectly with the surrounding countryside, and continually renews its facilities. All rooms renovated in 2007.

Facilities: A social lounge with satellite television is available for general use, with a games room with board games. There is also an internet corner where guests can navigate the internet and consult their e-mail as well as a newspaper service. There are also supervised outside parking and interior garage facilities. Other facilities include a restaurant, bar, hairdresser and beautician, a massage salon, a gym, saunas, a Jacuzzi and a spectacular 950m2 swimming pool.
Activities: The hotel has two “quick” tennis courts, and a paddle court, classes can be booked. Racquets and balls can be hired at reception. There is also a gymnasium where courses of aerobics, steps, salsa and country are held during the high season.
Food and drink: Enjoy Mediterranean cuisine at Restaurante La Costa, a recognised, prestigious restaurant which is part of the Empordan Cuisine organisation. Breakfast, lunch or dinner are served on the terrace, or room service is also available on request if you prefer. Bar 19th is the perfect place for socialising.
Accommodation: The hotel comprises 2 villas, 66 double rooms and 54 junior suites with lounge and balcony. All rooms come with the comforts and services of a 4 star resort, with splendid views of the garden area, the swimming pool or overlooking the Platja de Pals golf course itself. Warm coloured fabrics and decorations lend an air of rest and relaxation, reflecting the family atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms on the lower floor have direct access to the swimming pool, and allow guests the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings from the privacy of their own garden. All rooms are equipped with a safe, a direct telephone line, air conditioning and heating, satellite television, a music channel and a minibar, a fully-fitted bathroom with bath and hairdryer. The junior suites are ideal for families as they are fitted with a sofa-bed in the lounge room.
