This Duplex luxury Apartment is very bright, cool and airy. In the morning, after you have had your shower, you can have breakfast on the beach in La Cala Village, the next day you can have breakfast on the beach - in Puerto Banus and watch the fashionista enjoying a stroll down the promenade of designer shops. The following day you can have breakfast on the beach - in Cabopino beach with its amazing fine sandy beaches ...and watch the line up of high end cars, yachts, models and high flyers !

These places are all within 20 minutes drive from the apartment !

There is a local outdoor market at La Cala, every Saturday morning where you can buy local home grown fruit and veg and browse for bargains.

With over 320 days sunshine and miles upon miles of Blue Flag sandy beaches this really is a place to come and relax and enjoy yourselves. You will not want to go back home...

* Please note that the apartment(s) must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on day of departure.

* Please note that you can take up occupancy from 12 Noon (Spanish Time) on the day of arrival until 6pm (Spanish Time) - which is close of business in Spain to allow for our representative to greet you and check you into the property.

* No pets are allowed on the premises.

* Please note that beach towels are not provided.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
* To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of total payment is required in advance, with the balance paid six weeks prior to your arrival.
* If you are booking a nightly rate, then the full booking fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable.
* Refundable breakages deposit of £400 is required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection) and receipt of the keys.
* Please note that the apartment(s) must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on day of departure.
* It is recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance.
* Only those persons specified at time of booking may use the property. * The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places (4).
** The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed.
* We can accept payments by Pay Pal or bank transfer in GBP or Euros in cleared funds 6 weeks prior to start
of the rental
