A Few Comments from our Clients - 2008

Golf Holiday, stayed at Las Lomas Village. Golfed on La Manga, North, South & West.
Everything was perfect.

Golf in Sotogrande, Spain
I was very pleased with the golf [San Roque New & Old and Santa Clara] booking made in cooperation with you, especially San Roque Old and new course.
I will be back in april/may with a group of 8 person and I want to discuss a golf package for that occasion.
Best regards Jan Hovdan. Norway. Nov/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
Thanks for all your help, your service has been first class and I cannot fault it. I chose your company after personal recommendation from my friend Martin Toomer.
Santa Maria was great. it is one of my favourite on the costa del sol (I have played about 10 different ones)
Los arqueros was also very good. We loved the clubhouse and if you consider the green fee is the best value course
However, Parador was a massive disappointment. The course was in very poor condition, and the members were rude and grumpy. So was the waiter who served us our lunch. There was one shinning star however. The women who manned the reception where we booked in and exchanged our voucher. she was a women of about 50, red hair, and very attractive. i apologize for not noting her name.
She was charming, very helpful and radiated warmth. She made our day.

Golf on Costa Blanca

Thanks for sorting the bookings all was great, even the weather picked up for us. Course [La Marquesa] was great and couldn't really complain about anything.
We were put with another couple which would of been nice to know before hand but actually did us a favour as they had played before and so we didn't get lost once.
thanks again and I will probably be back in touch in the new year for my next golfing visit.
Much appreciated, Ian Chambers. Derby. Nov/08.

Golf on El Plantion, Roda and La Finca
All Great.

Campoamar
I notice that you've taken Campoamar off your web site, and rightly so. They were the most arrogant bunch I've ever met and offered us only one buggy. I stood my ground and ended up with the most dangerous buggy in history! The work on the back nine has been a disaster and the greens were a disgrace. We wouldn't play there again.
Bonalba
Have played it a few times and I have to say they seem to have let it go a lot. Wouldn't be playing there again in a hurry.
La Serena
Absolutely first class from start to finish, highly recommend.
Roda
Have played there a lot and the course was in great shape as always. The new clubhouse is absolutely fantastic. It looked so good from the road we went there an hour and a half early for breakfast. We almost didn't eat and almost missed our tee time! They really need to sort out the service in the clubhouse. There were used breakfast plates on the table next to us when we arrived and they were still there an hour and a half later when we were rushing off to the tee! It was that bad we didn't even contemplate stopping for a beer afterwards.
Anyway, that's all from me. Thanks for your help, I'll be in touch again in the future.

Golf holiday at Aroeira Resort.
It is in my book too expensive to rent golf-cars [at Aroeira] ,second round a bit cheaper,  but that is really the only thing we have to comments for improvement.
The breakfast at the clubhouse was good and was working very good, precise at the time we agreed on with the restaurant. We will return some other time and in the future ask you to arrange it....
Everything was perfect arranged...

Golf in Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal
Yes we had a great holiday. The Hotel [Pestana Dom Joao] was excellent, not too dominated by fellow golfers and the rooms obviously been recently refurbished. Alvor is just the right location for us, not too big like Albufeira nor too soulless like Vilamoura. The courses [Pinta, Gramacho & Silves] were great especially Silves and Gramacho. I personally thought Pinta was a bit too developed on the front nine with too many dog leg holes to accommodate housing. However it opens up on the back nine and would probably have rated just as good if we had played it a second time. The only issue I would have if returning again is if Airport and Course transfers could be part of the package. As the driver I always feel a bit pressured with a hire car, especially after some fairly intense socializing in the evenings (and well into the mornings!)The general opinion was we would return for a similar package, maybe even next year around the same times.

Golf in Mallorca
All three [Andratx,Son Vida & Bendinat] courses played were good. Son Vida and Andratx were rather wet but there had been quite a bit of rain. This was the first time we had played at Andratx. It is an impressive course with some great views and challenging tee shots.
The Portal Nous area is a good base for the courses around Palma.
The vouchers and car hire etc went smoothly.

Golf holiday to Fuengirola, Costa del Sol
Just wanted to say thanks for arranging such a fantastic golf holiday. Everyone had a really great time despite some poor golf being played at times!!!!
I would not hesitate to recommend your company and i hope to use you again.
Thanks again,
Best Wishes. Luke Williams. England. Oct/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
Have just returned from golf in Spain. I thought you would like to know that although 3 [Baviera, La Cala Europa & Calanova]
of the courses we played were excellent as usual, Sotogrande was a huge disappointment. It was in terrible condition. Most of the fairways had huge areas which were virtually ground under repair - ie hardly any grass. There were some other fairways where the whole 400 yards or so was sanded - making iron shots a lottery. We played with a Swiss couple who have played it for years and they said it was in the worst condition ever. They complained to the course manager, who put it down to recent rain. No other course was anywhere near as poor.
Anyway as I say the rest of the golf was very good and weather was even better.
Regards Ernie Thompson. U.K. Oct/08.

Golfed on Millennium, Pinhal & Laguna.
Thanks for the e-mail. Everything went well thank you. Only two gripes and that was firstly at Pinhal where three of the greens had been affected with a fungus with one hole having to be played to a temporary green. No big deal. Did not spoil our golf.
Secondly Oceanico are charging rather a lot this year for the buggies @ 50 euros. This may give us second thoughts for our next holiday as it did put an extra 500 euros onto the total.
I will be sending you an e-mail soon to request costs for playing golf in the Kissimmee area for our next golfing holiday next year, last week in February and first three weeks in March 2009.
Best Regards Brian Gemmell. Scotland. Sept/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
We all had an enjoyable week the weather was good to us. We played,Santa Clara,Calanova,Los Arqueros and Parador Old Course. All were in good condition apart from Parador, the greens were poor and some of the fairways bare and rather sandy in places, surprisingly it was the most expensive of the 4,being 60 Euro and a further 18 for a buggy. Los Arqueros was our favourite, the staff were very friendly, the course, although rather tricky in places was in excellent condition and the 90 degree rule for buggies was in operation. We will certainly play there again. Thank you for your service and I look forward to booking again with you for our February trip next year.
Yours Sincerely, Harry Latusek. UK. Nov/08.

Golf holiday in Tenerife
We enjoyed our holidays in Tenerife and I want to thank you for your suggestion regarding the hotel [Mediterranean Palace] etc. Thank you also for the perfect organisation. I think I will contact you again , when I will plan my next golf-holidays. One question: do you organize only golf holidays or any other tourneys?
Kind Regards E.Kovats. Austria. Nov/08.

Golf on Gramacho, Pinta & Silves.
We had a great holiday. The courses are in good condition as always, although we were once again a little disappointed with the Silves course. It is really not our favourite and the lack of resources in the temporary clubhouse is an inconvenience at best. The day that we were there, there was neither food nor bar facilities open. As it is a longer journey from the hotel, this meant a long journey back afterwards for something to eat. We were very happy with the other two courses as always.
The Dom Joao II was quite a change from the Delfim, our usual spot. The refurbishment is beautiful and the view that met us when the lift doors opened on our floor was breathtaking. However, we were disappointed to learn that our rooms were not sea view. We assumed that we had booked a sea view as we do every year, but this was not the case. We did ask about changing and they only had rooms available on the 2nd floor which wasn't the best one to be on. This would also have cost us an additional 17 Euros per room per night, which we thought was a bit much to pay. Would this have been the difference at the time of booking? We would possible have opted for a sea view had it been mentioned at the time of booking. The view over the car-park was not really the same, and in fact the balconies were in shade for the whole day.
We have chatted and are not sure which hotel we will opt for next year. There are good and bad points about each hotel. The Dom Joao has smaller rooms which meant it was a bit 'cosy' for two people who are not a couple. The food and bar facilities are excellent and the proximity to the beach is brilliant. We also met up again with some other customers of yours from Worcester and thereabouts in England. We bump into them every year either at the hotel or the golf club!
Thanks again.
We'll be in touch for next year!

Golf in Costa del Sol
Thanks for questioning, everything was fine we really enjoyed our stay there. Also the weather was quite good, even hot towards the end of the week.
Golf was fine, I really enjoyed - especially that La Cala America was challenging but very fun. Also Parador was a pleasant surprise and the hotel there looked very fine. Is it your cooperation hotel?
The only difficulty with the golf was driving there, we told both to Torrequebrada as well as La Cala that the driving route is not clearly marked - we always find it difficult to find the right way immediately. It means stress, of course.
The hotel [Sunset Beach Club Aparthotel] room was nicely situated, we could see both the sea as well as the beach and mountains, it was also totally quiet (no noise) - which we heard was not quite the case with those rooms with the view to the swimming pool!  Also the service and the facilities were good. Only thing to say something was that late breakfast time, one morning we had no time to have the breakfast in the hotel because of the early tee time.
I think there is everything I could comment, thanks again for the quick and good service.
Best regards, Ritva Kauria. Finland. Nov/08.

Golf in Mallorca
The booked tee-times was perfect just as the golf courses [Andratx, Son Muntaner, Son Quint & Son Vida] and your service.
Many thanks, Philipp Wetter. Nov/08.

Holiday in Algarve, Portugal.
Once again we had an outstanding holiday in Portugal. Two weeks with sunshine only, blue skies and between +20 and +25 degrees every day. We could even bath comfortably in the sea.
We have stayed at Pestana Alvor Park before and like it very much. Also the rental car company (Jardim) is very effective and service oriented. Our total conclusion is VERY SATISFIED. We have now been in Portugal many times and are considering to try another attractive country. If you come across an excellent offer for February/March 2009 either in Portugal or another country, please let me know.
All the best. Øystein Kløvstad. Norway. Nov/08.

Holiday in Algarve, Portugal.
Once again I am writing to thank your company for a superb golf trip. The courses [Laguna, Pinhal, Old and Vilasol] ,hotel [Dom Pedro Golf] and the driver who picked us up at the airport and dropped us of again ,a week later could not have been better. The only moan from a couple of the lads was that it was too hot, nothing you can do about that. Once again thank you for a fantastic trip and I look forward to using your company the next golf trip I organize.
Kindest regards, Les Secker. West Yorkshire. Oct/08.

Golf in Almeria, Spain
Weekend was wonderful.
Desert Springs is a joy on all levels. The course is a great challenge,
and offers great variety. The condition of the course is the best I
have known in the Costa Blanca/Almeria regions. Even though it is more
than a 90 minute drive away it is now definitely on the must play list
for our trips. A joy all round. La Finca has always been my favourite, and whilst it was still great to play, it is a little tired at the moment, particularly around the tees.
Greens were very good, perhaps as good as they have been, and when the
sun is shining it is a very scenic course to play. Now back to freezing UK looking forward to my next trip. Thanks again for all your help, the service I get from you and your
colleagues is always first class and much appreciated.
Have a great Christmas and I will be in touch in the new year.
Kind regards Eddie Gray. UK. Nov/08.

Golf holiday to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina USA
The Legends as a resort was very good and the Villa was good. The only thing that I could comment was the car. It was too small. When 4 golfers are travelling we have 4 golf-bags and usually 4 luggage. Luckily this time the legends was very close to the airport, because we couldn´t fit into the car! We thought about changing it but we didn´t. Thank you for taking care of us!

It was great thanks - good weather !! I play at Los Arqueros regularly
and like the course very much . Its quite a tough course and you could
easily lose a few balls but the views are great !

Golf in Costa Blanca, Spain
Thank you for the e-mail. Yes we enjoyed the golf very much. The vouchers were accepted without any problem. Having played La Sella before and know the course this time we were disappointed with the greens. The green fee rate was very much over priced given the greens condition.
Villaitana was excellent - greens and course excellent. We also played the adjoining smaller course which was nice also. Something you may not be aware of is that on Sundays Oct, Nov and Dec. they offer a green fee 30 E Buggy included.
Anyway the green fee booking worked well.
Thank you, Beth Lilley. UK. Oct/08.

Golf Holiday in Costa del Sol, Spain
The golf courses [Torrequebrada, Santana, Santa Maria & Rio Real] were all excellent. Santana being the stand out in terms of layout and condition. The condition of some of the greens on the other courses was not the best, but good none the less.
The hotel [Cortijo Blanco] was also very good although the rooms were very small. The food and choice of drinks was good and excellent value for money. I have sent back comments to Carol regarding the car hire company who basically ripped everyone off with their fuel charge, which I thought was disgraceful. Best regards.
Tom Pheeley. Scotland. Oct/08.

Golf in Costa Dorada
We enjoyed the golf, unfortunately not the weather.
Our ratings
Aiguesverds - Good course Average condition, more members club atmosphere
Panoramica - Good course, very good greens - location middle of nowhere!
Bonmont - Excellent course, greens good but not as good as Panoramica
Some conditions we think due to time of year - recovering after the summer.

Golf in Algarve, Portugal
We are regular visitors and have played them all al lot over many years
Will be crossing Morgado off our list; greens like corrugated iron,
course also hasn't matured quickly enough ( offer us a free round and we
might play the new course )
Pinta; superb, greens worn, but still quick true and excellent, whole
course beautifully set up
Penina ; back to best ( played it a few years back when in very poor
condition and the management refused us a refund, so have stayed away
for a while, only returning on your say so ) long, difficult ( mostly
because of drains and ditches ) ; quality
Palmares; another that has wavered over the years; but also back to best
( better marshaling, quicker rounds; beautiful course ( no villas ,
cranes and builders ! ) ; played true and long ; some difficult holes ;
probably pipped it as No 1 for the holiday amongst our seasoned party of
8. Returning early next October as usual so will want 4 decent courses at a
decent price. Our candidates are Penina, Palmares, Pinta, Boavista, Silves ( never
played it ) Morgado 2 if free ( never played it ) ; Gramacho if we can
play off the whites ! ( bit short )
No to Altn and Morgado 1 and Parque da Floresta ( only because we have
played it too often ) !! Thanks for the follow up and service
Best regards. Vince Parker Oct/08.

Golf in Algarve
Our holiday was lovely as well for weather and the courts. We knew Boavista and Palmares beforehand so no surprises there.
Alto golf was perhaps the most modest new acquaintance, but ok as for price and quality conciderance. Fairways on Alamos where quite short and lay out was a bit peculiar on some parts especially the end which was not near the clubhouse. The most exciting course was Parque da Floresta which we hope to play again in the future. So I think you will be hearing from me next year.
Many thanks for your efforts.
Best wishes. Jarmo Patari. Finland. Oct/08.

Golf in Algarve
Every thing went smoothly and even the weather behaved itself this time. The final course we played, Monte Rei, was fantastic. We were treated like millionaires and the course is a delight to play. It was a fitting end to a great week. Unfortunately Portugal is getting expensive now. It is combination of them putting their prices up and the exchange rate going down. I think we may try Turkey next year. Well thanks again for all the work you and your team did on our behalf.
Regards,Nick Jones. UK. Sept/08.

Golf on Marbella Golf & CC, Atalaya Old, Santa Clara.
Had good time as usual only problem was at Atalaya Old. The greens had
just been spiked so we decided to play the new course with a buggy
thrown in free. However when we returned on the Saturday the greens were
still bad and this time they were not prepared to give us a buggy free
on the new course because they said we knew the greens had been spiked.
WE could not make them understand that we had no option but to play as
we had already paid for the round.
However, we telephoned Course Master and the problem was dealt with.
David Ashton. Sept/08.

Golf Holiday in Vilamoura, Algarve
1. Transfers to and from Airport , and Quinta Da Lago by Poloturs were excellent – bang on time for everything.
2. Transfers to and from Courses and hotel were a bit mixed. Were waiting 1 hr to go to Vila Sol one morning , and about 90 mins coming back the same evening.
3. No buggies available on Vila Sol on Sat 18th.
4. Accommodation was good in Vila Gale Marina as always. Were able to organize a late checkout at no extra charge .
5. Courses [Laguna, Vila Sol & Quinta do Lago North] were good , not overly crowded .
So all in all a successful few days. Hopefully we’ll be going again next year so I’ll be in touch.
Regards, Peter Clancy. Ireland. Oct/08.

Golf on Vale do Lobo Ocean & Pinhal
We had a lovely time. All went extremely smooth - no problems at all apart from our flight delay on the return journey but that's not in your hands!!!!!
All transfers punctual with very polite drivers. We had no problems with the Golf tranfers either. The Hotel [Dom Pedro Marina] has obviously earned it's 4* very professional staff that go out of their way to help in any way they can.
We liked Vilamoura, it has a nice beach and the Marina is lovely and everything is to hand.
Thank you very much for all your effort and for making our holiday complete.
Regards - Maureen Boden. UK. Oct/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
The apartments [Los Granados Apts & Duquesa Estates] were great. The courses [Estepona, San Roque New & Almenara] were all excellent with the exception of Estepona which appears to be getting neglected.
The cars were fine, but there was a three hour wait in the airport at the car rental desk. Thanks for all your help; hopefully we’ll do it again next year
Regards, Neil Lovie. Scotland. Sept/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
Have just returned from Spain last week. We had a great week of golf. All the courses [Rio Real, Los Naranjos, San Roque Old & New, Atalaya Old & Santa Maria] were in perfect condition. We are already looking forward to our next trip hopefully in January of next year. Thank you so much once more for everything.
Kind regards, Ned Byrne, Ireland. Sept/08.

Golf on Vila sol, Oceanico - Old & Victoria, Vale do Lobo Royal & Penina Championship.
All very satisfactory except at Vila sol all our group are around 60 years of age no buggies available when we got there [8 in group] . Staff at the desk not friendly made it plain if we where not on the tee box on time we lost out, eventually we got 2 buggies we got 2 more on the 10th hole
other wise all great
regards Brian Neilan. Oct/08.

Golf near Alicante, Spain
Villaitana was a lovely open course in good condition. The greens were large
and true, Bunkers very fair. The staff were excellent. The pro-shop was a bit
Spartan. However , the bar was good and the food quite nice.
A much better experience than our last trip, which was to the Costa del Sol.
We will probably go back to Villaitana in May. Benidorm was wild !
Regards, Gary Woodward. UK. Oct/08.

Golf in Costa Blanca
Trip was great thank you.
Roda was in best condition I have seen it in and they have built a
fabulous new club house.
Alicante still very good, however condition around the tees has been
better. Bunkers are disappointing, with little sand in them.
La Finca is a still absolutely outstanding. When club house and hotel
are finished it will be the best course in the whole of Costa Blanca by
some margin.
Will let you know when I am planning to go again.
Best regards,Eddie Gray. UK. Oct/08.

Golf in Vilamoura, Algarve
We enjoyed all 3 courses immensely
Quinta do Lago South's greens were a bit " iffy " but apart from that
everything was ok. Vale de Lobo Royal was excellent in every respect.
The Old course was by far the best of the 3 . Truly a superb golf
course. I have played there 5 times now and I will ALWAYS include it in
my itinerary.
Best regards, Jim Hamilton. UK. Oct/08.

Golf in Costa del Sool Spain
Thanks for your e-mail of 15 Oct as i stayed on in Spain i have only just received it.
The golfing week was really good and we enjoyed all the courses [Los Arqueros, Gran Flamingos, Flamingos Rosa, Atalaya New & El Paraiso] apart from El Paraiso.
The problem was the greens had only just been hollow tined making the greens very poor. We understand that the ground staff could not start the work 11 days previously as stated because of the bad weather in Spain but at 86€ with no refund we thought this was a bit steep. I understand that you had no way of knowing about this but feel that El Paraiso could have made the gesture of reducing the green fees.
Kind regards
Tony Hudson. UK. Oct/08.

Golf in Costa Blanca
Yes we had a great time. Weather was a bit off but otherwise great.
Campoamor – we found it in a bad state. Many of the fairways were brown / patchy and the greens had not recovered well from the hollow tining. Reasonable club house and nice staff.
La Finca – great course. Wonderful views, beautiful holes, some challenging holes. The 17th is a great hole for the long hitters with about 220m carry over the water if you fancy your chances. Long course without a buggy. Amenities were poor but they are obviously building.
Las Ramblas – spectacular course but more like novelty golf in places. We were expecting to find a windmill at some point. Terrible amenities and staff were not overly friendly.
El Plantio – The best course we played. Greens are superb. Wider fairways leaving you with a comfortable drive although some well positioned hazards. Excellent clubhouse and shop.
Hope that helps.
Jon Moores. Oct/08.

Golf Holiday in Algarve, Portugal
Thank you for sorting an excellent holiday for my colleagues and myself. Everything arranged by yourself worked beautifully.
We all had a great time. Hotel [Vila Gale Cerro Alagoa] was excellent with a great breakfast so no complaints there. We will definitely stay there again.
Courses [Penina Championship, Silves, Palmares & Vale da Pinta] suggested by you very good and the tee times worked well for us. Only Silves a slight disappointment due to a large amount of smoke from a nearby factory (and the sun did not shine on that day!)
One thing that could be improved upon is the directions to the courses. It did not cause us any problems but seemed to be slightly out of date. We used the A22 and found it to be an easier and faster way of travel.
Overall an excellent holiday and very well organized so a very large thank you for your help and will be in touch in the new year to organize our next trip.
Many thanks, Richard Craig. Oct/08.

Golf Holiday in Mallorca
Hotel [Palmanova Palace] was fine as last year.
The courses [Real Bendinat, Son Termens, Son Vida, Poniente & Santa Ponsa] were all fine bar Poniente. Greens in poor condition and fairways pretty average.
Son Vida is probably the best for condition, layout etc.
The coach transfer company were much better and organized than last year.
We really have no complaints, great value holiday and hopefully we'll be back again for 2009.
Thanks very much for your and your colleagues assistance.

Golf Holiday in La Manga, Spain.
THE HOLIDAY WAS FANTASTIC AS WAS THE VILLAS [La Manga] AND THE GOLF [North, South & West Course La Manga] THANKS FOR YOUR HELP WITH GREAT TEE TIMES .NEXT YEAR IN OCTOBER WE WOULD LIKE TO DO THE SAME TYPE OF THING IN SPAIN OR PORTUGAL ON A SIMILAR COMPLEX TO LA MANGA IM SURE YOU CAN COME UP WITH SOMETHING . HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON,

Golf in Islantilla, Spain
The hotel [Islantilla Golf Resort] was great – they even saved an evening meal for us even though we arrived late on the Saturday night – which we were not expecting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable; food was tremendous. Everyone in the party was delighted with the quality range and choice of food. We would certainly be happy to stay in the hotel again – if it was not for the golf course (see below).
Car hire went smoothly on arrival but we were a bit taken aback to be told that we had to return the cars to a depot somewhere else! In fact the return depot was by the side of the main road. Difficult to miss the building and depot itself, but very easy to miss the Auto Jardim entrance and finish up in the Hertz depot instead. A tricky maneuver along the hard shoulder of the dual carriage way (in the opposite direction to the traffic) resolved the problem. Vehicle check-in and shuttle mini-bus to the airport was very smooth and efficient.
And then the golf. I have to say that we were all extremely disappointed with the greens at the Islantilla Golf Resort. We decided they had probably suffered from some disease or other but they were not well kept. They were potted with pitch marks, very uneven and we saw little evidence of them being cut regularly. Putting on those greens was not easy, or fun, or rewarding. The three layouts themselves (besides the greens) were just about OK, but we played the “blue” course three times, the “yellow” course twice and the “green” course once. We would definitely recommend the yellow and green courses. The blue course has no margin of error and was in truth too difficult for our group (mid-handicappers between 13 and 18). On this course, anything off line usually means a lost ball and we all lost plenty of balls. Again not why we went there. Long walks between greens and tees meant that a four ball walking (i.e. carrying or pulling trolleys) would have to allow four and a half to five hours. We had buggies on the last day and would have completed within four hours had we not got held up by groups in front towards the end.
We also played Nuevo Portil and Bellavista. Nuevo Portil is quite a new course and starts with a great opening hole. The greens were quick and true. The opening holes compete for space with the surrounding housing developments and huge great sections of netting create a claustrophobic effect. The later holes are much more open and enjoyable. The actual course is laid out on different sections of open space and there are a number of roads to cross in between. Access to and from each part of the golf course is controlled by electronic sliding security gates, which are ok when they work well – but we found ourselves excluded from the course after we left the third hole, crossed the road and could not work out how to open the gate on the opposite side of the road to allow us access to the fourth. In fact we had to wait for the two-ball beyond to catch up and show us how to do it.
Bellavista was different class – by far and away the golfing highlight of the week. Bellavista is a well-established (1916) members club which is extremely well kept and in top quality. The consensus on our group was that the greens ranked amongst the best greens we had ever played on anywhere anytime. They were lightning quick but dead true. Remarkably, they were stunningly receptive to mid/long iron shots into the green. Well hit shots would hit the green and stop and so good shots were rewarded with opportunities for pars and birdies. Very relaxed feel about the place (no tee-times, play when the first tee is available) and cheapest trolleys, buggies, driving range all week. We wanted to bring this course back with us and would certainly recommend a visit to any golfer on holiday in this part of Spain.
We all enjoyed the holiday, but in truth we would not go back to play golf at Islantilla and I am sure that golfers could find other courses in better condition.
Best Wishes John Beer. Somerset. Oct/08.

Golf on La Cala America, Europa & Asia
We had a great time but some thoughts are -
1. The directions and map to the hotel were very poor and we got very lost!
2. The hotel [La Cala resort] was fine though not sure it qualified as a 5 star hotel.
3. Entry to the spa (excluding treatments) should have been free for a 5 star hotel.
4. The golf courses and tuition were great - a coffee machine at the Leadbetter Centre would have been a nice touch. We are keen to do something similar next October at a nice hotel with a golf academy included. The weather though in Spain was patchy this time of year so where would you suggest that we should try next time?
Kind regards

Golf in Costa del Sol Spain
Happy to give you our feedback: First, all the bookings were made OK and there were no hick-ups. Had a slight problem when I arrived and woke up the first morning to find it was pitch black at our proposed tee times of 7.45 to 8.10. I then remembered the clocks changed on the Saturday and it was OK. One general comment is that directions for finding the courses are not very good - we made a point of locating the course the day before but if you left it till the morning, and are trying to locate the course in the dark, it could be a problem - we found Los Naranjos particularly difficult to find last year.
In general I think it is worth commenting that the costs in Costa del Sol, particularly once you add a buggy, are getting pretty high - particularly compared with the USA.
Course by course
Santa Maria
Only issue was we were paired up with members who rattled us round in 3 hrs 10 mins. Didn't get much chance to take in what was going on.
Good course and well kept. Some very interesting holes & very friendly welcome.
Rio Real Fairly disappointed - there was a lot of sand on the course and the greens were pretty poor. In general did not think the course was very well maintained and presented. This could have been influenced by the fact that there was heavy rain during our round. Got round on our own in under 4 hours.
Torrequebrada Really enjoyed this - once we found it.I thought this course was head & shoulders above the other two.
Very good condition, even though they had tined the greens. Lots of interesting holes and the sat nav adds to the experience.Got round in 50 minutes under the guide time according to the sat nav. The extra 15 euros or so was well worth it for this course.
I would appreciate your recommendations on other courses we could try next time we are out.We will be based in Elviria again. We are both 15 handicap but were not asked for our handicap cert at any of the courses.
Cheers Bob Thom. Oct/08.

Alhaurin Golf Resort
Now we have come back to Sweden again after a wonderful week in Spain.(We have snow here now, Brrrrrrrrr....)
I just want you to know how pleased we are with the arrangement from you.
The hotel [Alhaurin Golf Resort] in Alhaurin ,was so nice, small, quiet, clean, near the nature and very good breakfast. One of the best we ever have stayed in.
The golf course [Alhaurin] was really wonderful, with fantastic views over Spain. It was not an easy walk, but we walked it several times. I t was in rather good shape. It is so good to be able to play as many rounds as you like. We had no problem with tee times.
The only thing we want to complain about is the car-rental.
We was not going to drive very far in Spain,so paying a full tank was no good for us. Thinking of the environment also,it is very bad, because you drive a little extra,to not have too much fuel left. So it would be better with a company, that let you pay for the fuel you use. We left the car with more than half tank.
But the car was very fine,so thats no problem.
Everything was in order when we came,so thank you for a very good arrangement. We will contact you when we travel next time.
Kind regards
Annki o Lasse Malmgren. Sweden. Oct/08.

Course [La Serena] was great, really recommend it
Water everywhere, worth people having enough balls with them!!

Golf Holiday in Algarve, Portugal
- Vale de Lobo - the best golf resort I have ever been in my life. The both courses, facilities and staff were absolutely perfect. Vale de Lobo is world class.
- Pinheiros Altos - Very Good. Course was pretty good and staff and facilities were perfect and very close to the airport, which was a bonus as on our last day.
- Mouralitz Apartments - slightly dated but fair size apartments. You wouldn't go there for your honeymoon but for 8 golfers it was good. Our most important factor was location and price - so these cheap apartments were 100 yards from the marina - great choice.
Once again another great golf tour, many thanks from yourself and Casey. Looking forward to next year, we have decided Marrakesh in mid September. We are looking for 3 or 4 nights and to play golf at each 3 courses in Marrakesh. I look forward to some recommendations.
Thanks, Rich Owen. UK. Sept/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
We found the course and the hospitality at El Chaparral to be Excellent
and will definitely log as one to play again.

Golf on Villaitana Poniente & Levante.
Had a great time, apart from the weather on the Saturday. The small course was excellent with superb greens and well laid out holes and is well worth playing.
Thanks for your excellent service.
David Moffat. UK. Oct/08.

Golf in Sotogrande, Spain
Hotel [Almenara] was very good, although eating in their restaurant was one,
expensive and two, limited choice! Golf course [Almenara] in good condition apart
from the greens! Having been there 6 years ago little has changed apart
from the value for money aspect.
Steve Little. UK. Oct/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol
Holiday was great, weather was not the best, but the golf courses [Santa Clara, Miraflores, La Quinta, Calanova & Santa Maria] were good. wet but good. Thank you for the brilliant service once again, I will be organizing golf for June 2009,so have a nice Christmas and i will be in touch when the summer offers are available.

Golf in Costa Del Sol, Spain
Firstly may we thank you for your services, this is the second time we have booked through you (1st via one of my friends) everything went so well and we will be recommending you to all of our friends. On the courses and value for money i have tried to offer a fair opinion of each package as follows:
Almenara: second time we have played this course, excellent club house, well maintained course, interesting test of golf, maybe too difficult for ladies overall 7/10
Los Naranjos: first time played, club house undergoing some development works, couple of temporary greens, some bunkers unplayable-like cement, overall good experience and would play again 7/10
El Chaparral: second time here, very wet 3 days of rain(including the day we played unfortunately) will go back to my first memory of this course, a bit too difficiult for women on some holes 6/10
Alcaidesa: sixth time here, probably one of my favourite courses some spectacular views, players should remember to look up whilst playing and absorb the vista. always in great condition and the addition of the new modern club house makes this a must visit course. with the addition of the heathland course I would advise all playing here to take advantage of the free round and get an early tee time on the links. the heathland course gives players the opportunity to open the shoulders and give the ball a good tonking without too much danger of losing it. its long and fair so have a go!! overall 9/10
Los Olivos: well last time I went I played Los Lagos and it was 41/2 hours for 9 holes so I thought i'd give Olivos a try. well same old dilapidated clubhouse, same old queues on each tee and a very boring course, not to mention the overpriced green fee and the extra 40 euros for a buggy. never again 4/10 (although i did get 41 points ha ha )

Golf Holiday in Costa del Sol, Spain
The hotel [El Puerto Hotel] and golf [La Cala Europa/America & Asia, & Mijas Los Lagos] was excellent, everyone enjoyed themselves
Just a couple of points on the courses though.
The Mijas course was okay for walking, although the La Cala courses were definitely buggies courses all were in good condition and the staff very pleasant. The winner of our holiday competition was Mr Tony Langdale and he has the honour of organising next year, everyone said they would go back again but that decision rests with Tony. Once again many thanks to yourself and Course Master for the exemplary
organisation and standards
Kind regards, Martin French. Co. Durham. Sep/08.

Golf holiday in Algarve, Portugal
Had a super holiday and thanks for all your efforts. Courses [Victoria, Pinhal, Laguna & Millennium] were superb apart from concerns around some of the greens at Pinhal. Such concerns were made to the manager and we are expecting a free round there next year upon our return. This was no fault of yours and we will try and conclude this issue with the course manager.
Will be in touch early next year to arrange a return.
Thanks, Richard Jones. West Midlands. Sept/08.

Golf Holiday in Algarve, Portugal
The golf holiday was very successful, our party of 16 had a good time with no complaints.
Don Pedro Golf Hotel was ideal for our visit, the standard was great, service was good, with a more than adequate breakfast.
Transfers to and from the airport was 1st class. The golf shuttle was good with the drivers being helpful and courteous.
Everyone enjoyed the golf, the ones that had good scores thought the courses were great, those that struggled were less impressed. But for them it was not the golf course [Millennium, Laguna & Old courses] more the beer from the night before!! Your Course Master organisation was excellent and contributed to a great trip. Probably be speaking to you in January.
Best regards, Phil Green. Neath. Oct/08.

Golf holiday in Algarve, Portugal

I have to honestly say that it was the best holidays I have ever had. Hotel [Pestana Alvor Park] staff were fantastic, golf [on Silves, Gramacho & Pinta] was really enjoyable and I was put out to play with very nice people. Only one comment - Silves Golf was a huge disappointment and my playing partners thought so as well. The course was not great and as for the bar and food, it was dreadful. There was no ice available in the bar, no fruit available to buy before the game(bananas) and the gentlemen I played with could not get what they ordered from the menu and in the end went out on the course without anything to eat.
I want to thank all at Course Master Holidays for everything and for organising an extremely pleasant week for me.
Kindest Regards Ger Clifford. Ireland. Sep/08.

Golf Holiday to Marbella, Spain
The Benabola was very good, fine apartments and good location. All happy.
El Paraiso golf course has a very good layout and design, but all our group agreed that they never saw a golf course in worse condition. They have a real problem with their fairways and greens and much of the course should be shut. Locals were telling us that money was one of their problems.
The other two golf course [La Quinta & Atalaya Old] were fine.
The cars were both fine, but the way the car rental company charged for petrol was brutal. We had to pay for two full tanks of deisel before we got the cars - total of about 220 euro!! We only used about 30 euros of deisel between the two cars during the week. It is a real rip off and we would never ever rent a car from this company again.
This was compounded by the fact that we had to pay the Benabola 210 Euros for parking for the week. This meant that the cars cost us an extra 430 euros for the week.
My gang were not pleased with me.
However we did enjoy our holiday
Declan Bedford. Ireland. Oct/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol
All three golf courses were great as usual Santa Clara was our favourite Los Arqueros was also very good but Monte Mayor was very hard probably too hard for the average golfer but we still had three great days golfing. the hotel [Gran Hotel Spa Playabella] was nice and the rooms were very roomy and clean. i do have one complaint, we found the bar staff very slow and very ignorant towards us bearing in mind there was sixteen of us and we was very well behaved they did not seem to want to serve us with much enthusiasm and at times they went out of there way to ignore us and serve everyone else first. but all in all this is the third year we have used your company and as yet all the guys had a great time without any thing going wrong. i highly recommend you and hopefully we can come back to you soon and book for 2009
Kind regards, Bob Lucas. Surrey. Oct/08.

Golf in Sotogrande, Spain
San Roque was wonderful as usual - very well and course was in excellent condition. We stay in a villa at San Roque and the use facilities quite a bit, all round a superb place to relax and play golf.
Almenara was less organized to be honest. Had to wait past our tee off time to finally get enough buggies for us and the overall condition of the course was not great - particularly the greens. Not one we'd use again to be honest. Also, I had asked in advance which course we'd be playing at Almenara and was told Pines and Oaks - but when we turned up we were playing Lakes and Pines. This meant i had to sit and work out all our strokes again for our group based on the new 18 holes!
Thanks for your help in making another trip a successful one!

Golf in Marrakech, Morocco
Hotel was excellent – typical of an international hotel.
Food was good in the hotel [Le Meridien N'Fis], staff were very friendly but alcohol was far too expensive.
Facilities were excellent and room was a good size.
Golf courses [Palmeraie Golf, Royal de Marrakech & Amelkis] were a good standard and having caddies was a bonus. Not too expensive either. The transfers system was a godsend. Very friendly and very helpful. Nothing was a problem. Eating out and wandering was great fun but of course be wary of the locals.
As four blokes we were pretty safe. Everyone wants to make money from you.
Thanks Kevin O'Leary. Surrey. Sep/08.

I would like to thank you and all of your team for the hard and fantastic work you have put in for my booking,
The instructions were fantastic, the golf courses [Los Arqueros, Marbella Golf & Atalaya New] including members of staff were more than help full
All in all you have created a fantastic package deal which has been worth every penny!! Many thanks again.

September 2008 i booked 3 courses through you in the Algarve, Vilamoura, the Millennium,Laguna and Pinhal.
Your employee Carol was extremely helpful and a credit to yourselves.
The courses were of a good standard and the staff very helpful.
I am going to the Algarve again next May and should your prices be competitive with the Hotel i am staying at will not hesitate to book with you again.
Thank you very much.

Golf holiday in Costa Brava, Spain
Holiday was great as was last years with you.
Only negative comment was that the car hire was a bit of a nightmare on the Sunday when we arrived, the company were disorganized and we ended up going in 2 vehicles to their offices 5 minutes away.
We had to phone the company to get them to come to the airport they weren't at the meeting point described.
We had to phone on route to Pals to get our tee times put back. It may be
cheaper to use this company but not worth it. There was an American guy
having a standoff with them when we arrived, he had been waiting around for 3 hours ! Anyway everything else went smoothly and the apartments [Golf Apartaments Beach and Golf Resort] and courses [Golf D'Aro, Platja Pals & Emporda Links] were great. If you need anyone to report on courses and accommodation in Europe I would be keen to help.
Thanks, Chris Lindley. Bristol Sep/08.

Golf holiday in Marbella, Costa del Sol
I really enjoyed the courses we played with the exception of Rio Real which relatively expensive and poor value for money !
La Cala very good test of golf but buggy's a must !
Loved La Quinta great layout and ambiance around the whole place and quite walkable
Atalaya Old was very good and in great condition not as tough as some but very enjoyable
San Roque Old was excellent and although expensive was worth it
Torrequebra was excellent and much better than I remembered it
Many thanks
Aidan Murray. May/08.

Golfed on Quinta da Marinha, Oitavos, Praia del Rey & Aroeira 1.
They were all very good thanks, good courses, nice staff and booking through you made it easy, I look forward to dealing with you in the future.

Golf in Mallorca
Just got back this morning, thanks for everything. In terms of quality Son Antem West was a bit of a disappointment they gave us a discount on the buggies due to the condition of the course but strategically we all felt that the East course was better i.e. more water hazards, better par 3s but still gave reasonable value . West course I would give 2 and East course 3. Real Golf de Bendinat was excellent and worth every euro, great staff, great condition and a real challenge. We all had buggies which I think is recommended as some of the distances/slopes are long/hard but for value for money I would give 4 out of 5. Hope this helps, we have all been really impressed with your service particular after the problems we had in changing holiday locations and we will be looking to use you again next year without fail.
Dave Renouf. Sep/08.

Golf in Mallorca
Have played Capdepera 3 times now and rate a very good interesting English type course. I thought Poniente was a bit scruffy and uninteresting. Santa Ponsa was very good with a lot of interesting holes and well kept.
Booking in with the vouchers at all courses went without a hitch and was very easy to do.
Many thanks Phil Jones.

Golf in Costa Blanca
Just a note to say thanks again for your superb organization of our golf in September, especially the last minute change to Villamartin on the Friday, they had received your fax and had buggies ready for us! All the courses [La Serena, Roda, Lo Romero & Villamartin] were in fine condition and we had a great time.
Many thanks Glen Swindells. Sep/08

Golf Holiday in Vilamoura, Algarve
All was good, Las Ramblas was in very good condition and a stunning course, La finca ok, Villamartin had only just re-opened the greens a bit suspect - should be ok in a few weeks, Lo romero a real bargain at that price, no clubhouse as such at the moment but a great golf course and in very good nick.... Greens very good.
Cheers, Ian Coney. Sept/08.

Hotel La Zenia, Playas de Orihuela, Costa Blanca
Our holiday was lovely with one exception- the torrential rain on Wednesday. which washed the beach away!!! Not to worry, we will be back.
Many thanks for making our booking so easy

Dom Pedro Marina, Vilamoura, Algarve
We returned from our trip on Saturday on schedule. Each and every one of the guys has been heaping praise on the organisation of the tour and the quality of the courses [Millennium, Laguna, Victoria, Pinhal, Old, Monte Rei, VDL Ocean]. Your organisation helped toward the best tour we have ever had and this was as a result of your hard work and attention to detail. Customer Care from Coursemaster in general and Carol in particular was exemplary.
Please can you keep Monte Rei a secret though - it was an amazing golf experience and I do not wish to share it in the future!
Once again, thank you from a totally satisfied customer. And please pass this e-mail on to your manager when appraisal time comes around!

Golf at Doña Julia, Almenara & Estepona.
I just wanted to pass on a thank you for booking our golf reservations. We had a great time over in Spain and were very happy with the courses that you selected although I did struggle with Almenara. Fantastic course but out of my league when I'm not playing well and unfortunately I was really off on that day. All in all a great time and look forward to using your services again.
Kind Regards, Mark Dewar. Sep/08.

Golf in Algarve, Portugal
Just thought I would email and let you know that the golf went very well in Portugal and all the bookings worked very smoothly. We all enjoyed the three courses [Boavista, Parque Da Floresta & Palmares] - thank you very for booking the courses.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
Had a great time again. Many thanks and sorry we never had time to meet for a beer again!
Enjoyed all the courses [San Roque New, El Chaparral, Lauro, Finca Cortesin, Santa Clara & Cabopino] although we had a 6 hour marathon at Santa Clara due to a party of 32 drunken brits which put a downer on an otherwise immaculate course! I'm back again last week in October so I'll be in touch.
Thanks again Neil Jackson.

Golf in Mallorca
We enjoyed the Bendinat Golf Course.
But we are not satisfied with hole 4 - par 4 hole - it was marked to a par 3 hole four of the days - it was only par 4 on Sunday. It has been the same all the other years we have played on the course. We think it is a problem - because they take full price for the course. Never mind - it is a fantastic course.
Best regards Leif Lynge Larsen.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
Use of the vouchers was easy at both courses [Santa Clara & Parador Old].  Loved both the course and clubhouse at Santa Clara.  Found both the course and clubhouse at Parador rather run down, though the hotel (where we had lunch) was in much better shape.
Thanks, Rob Wise. Suffolk. Sep/08.

Golf on Santa Maria, La Cala- Europa & Asia, La Quinta, Santa Clara & Torrequebrada.
Thank you for your prompt reply and refund. I am very grateful.
I would also like to say that the golf arrangements worked very well and when we next come to Spain I will be in touch with you.
Thank you for all your help, it has been a pleasure dealing with Jim and yourself.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
Just back from our soirée in Spain! Regrettably played the course [Los Arqueros] in atrocious weather but soldiered on and got round. I have played it once before in Aug. Very attractive, lots of up and down but very unforgiving for those without deadly accuracy. Steep climbs and sharp drops often line the fairways that are not at all wide and so tends to suit the shorter, straight hitter than the titans with the 300m shots but a tendency to stray. Sadly I am all too often part of the latter brigade! The greens were not in great condition but difficult to know how much that was down to the recent spell of very wet weather. Buggies are really a must although in the weather I played in they were confined to the tracks which presented quite a challenge on their own on the steeper parts of the steep hills. It is certainly a fun course to play, there are some spectacular holes but a little discipline is required to get the most from it. Delicious club sandwiches in the clubhouse (quite the best, so my wife says!) and probably due to the weather it was pleasantly empty to ensure a reasonably fast round.  I would happily play it again but always with a good stock of lake balls in reserve.
Regards. Tim Wakefield. Sept/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
Holiday was great apart from the weather which was rather wet for 2 days.
The weather resulted in cancellation of the golf at La Cala America on the saturday as the course was closed and I understand that a refund of the fees will be made.
The only other minor complaint was that the car hire fuel charge was excessive, as we had to pay for a full tank with no refund on return when the tank was still 3/4 full.
Anyway we had a great time and no problems and would not hesitate to use your company in future.
Thanks Tom Cruickshanks. Scotland. Sep/08.

Golf holiday Algarve, Portugal
The holiday was great -very happy with accommodation [Quinta do Gramacho Golf Resort] , golf courses [Pinta, Silves & Gramacho] and transfers etc.
A minor point -as we didn't have a car, although we had driving range vouchers they were not really any use, as the range was quite a way away from the courses, and the available shuttles took us to the courses and not to the range.
It didn't make a great deal of difference to our holiday, and other than that, everything was really good and we had a great time.
Second time with Course Master and two great holidays so far!
Next time we are interested in Gloria complex, Belek, Turkey I think , but it won't be until 2010 I'm afraid! Thanks and best wishes.

Golfed at Quinta do Lago South & North, Quinta de Cima, Millennium, Vale do Lobo Royal & Carvoeiro Gramacho.
We had a lovely holiday. All golf bookings were in place and all correct.
The only slight problem we had was at Quinta do Lago North on our first day when they has a shortage of buggies which caused us and many others a delayed tee-off. Did not spoil the game however. Best wishes

Golf holiday to Vilamoura, Algarve
Yes very enjoyable weekend,
Hotel [Sao Rafael] was excellent, we were upgraded to Suites on arrival, staff we
very good, food was also excellent. Their Relax Center kept non-golfer very content. Morgado and Alamos courses were nice courses, well maintained and very well managed. Although a little difficult to find you have to drive about a mile over a unsurfaced road to get to clubhouse, luckily one of our party had played there before.
Oceanico Victoria was a fantastic course especially the back nine, although it was set-up for Portuguese Masters next week, so a really good challenge. Again staff and club house and facilities were excellent.
Unfortunately due to dangerous weather conditions [thunderstorms]
Pinheiros Altos was closed all day on Sunday, so we did not manage to
play, however we were given a refund, thanks to Carol at Coursemaster.
This was our seventh year using Coursemaster and as usual it was a very
good weekend, and we will be in touch when we are booking for next year,
Kind regards, Patrick Shannon. U.K. Sep/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
We were delighted with the Calanova course and El Chaparral.
The whole party enjoyed these 2 courses, both of which were in superb
condition and everyone has requested that we play them again next year.
They were a huge improvement on Cabopino and Marbella , which we played last year. Sadly, as you may know, the Miraflores course was under water on our last day and we never got to play it. This was a particular disappointment as we had all enjoyed the venue last year and we were all looking forward to playing on a course that we had been on before.
Everyone has requested that we arrange for next years event to be played
in this area and I will most definitely be in contact with you again as
soon as flights are available. Thank you once again for arranging our tour venues.
Regards Bob Relf. Sep/08.

Hope to use you again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending your superb service.

Golf holiday to Costa Blanca, Spain
Thank you for your message. Yes we [7 of us] really enjoyed our week. We woke up on Sunday morning 28th to find it raining but then it cleared and left us with total sun for the entire week. If we had been there the previous week we would have been drowned as it poured and even the car company on Sat 27th advised using the motor-ways as the regional roads were flooded.
La Zenia hotel was as usual perfect in food and cleanliness, everything you could ask for. In fact the staff have got to know us well and are delighted to talk to me in Spanish. I get great practice for the week in the restaurant. In fact they appreciate us so much that on Thurs night the cocinera prepared a special postre for us which was simply delicious. Of course it created the right atmosphere for propinas on Friday night. A superb hotel really. The car hire was a VW Transporter Combi Diesel. A lovely bus and very suitable for us 8. The only negative is the Goldcar new attitude [of about two years]. It charges €109 for the diesel and we must return it empty. However we only used a half tank for about 600 Kms and returned it with almost €52 worth of diesel. I asked to return it full but I was not allowed. If that is not a racket I don't know what is. By the way how much does the car hire cost me through you? Secondly it charges €14 because it comes with a diesel engine. Another racket as that type of car only comes for the most part in diesel. If it was a charge for a petrol engine I could accept it but a diesel....!!!!. A couple of years ago an extra driver was free too, now it is €10. I think they have learned a few tricks from Ryan-air. Apart from that it got us from A to B sin problems. I even failed to put a dent on it. Golf, our first Day Sunday was a wash out as La Finca did not allow buggies on the course and they had no carros. So we swapped for our free day Wed. when everything was in order. So we phoned Lo Romero and were accepted and played a superb course. We played six courses. All chosen were superb. We played three with hollow-tined greens and the worst was Hacienda del Alamo. My group were most happy with La Finca ,I, the more so as I had 40 points there and won that day's competition. Our two new courses Hacienda Riquelme and El Valle were enjoyed by all. Incidentally the best exit from the Alicante direction to get to Hacienda Riquelme is 780A to Sucina or 780 from Carthagena or Murcia.
And to get to Lo Romero is Exit 770, direction Pilar de la Horadada [Just before the Tunnel], you go directly through the town and continue west out of the town to Lo Romero, about I'd say 5 Kms. We left the Ap7 at the Lo Romero exit further down the road past the tunnel which led to a long detour and only with the aid of my Spanish were we able to get back on track fairly quickly. They then told us in the Lo Romero Clubhouse that a lot of golfers make the same mistake and that the correct exit is 770.
The shortest quickest and best way from La Zenia to Hacienda del Alamo is now as follows: AP7 south direction Carthagena then take Exit 780 [C3319] to the Balsicas/Roldán exit, then directly south through Roldán [which now has a wonderful bypass], through Balsapintada to Fuente Alamo and in centre there at the Roundabout [you don't actually go to the roundabout as there is a very short sliproad just before the roundabout that one must take] westward by the supermarcado and the cementario. In 2 years a new road has been completed. Before that it was quite dangerous as it was so narrow with sudden drops at the sides. Now it is perfect and more direct and user friendly. I suggest you change your directions getting there somewhat.
Finally the first day we had 8 players playing in Lo Romero for which we had to pay €45 for green fees as it was not on your list of courses for us and for the other five courses we had only 7 players as one of our members got very sick on the Sunday and could not play the rest of the week. He had a miserable holiday really. Last April we had the same problem with a one of the group who hurt his back the first day and your company returned his golf fees. If that is in order this time we would appreciate a refund, as really it was not his fault.
Incidentally all the clubs concerned have recorded 7 players for each day and paid 7 Federación insurances. Something here I do not understand either is why is it that some clubs charge €1, €1.50 and €3 for Insurance. Why is it not a standard fee? Or is this another racket by some clubs?
By the way El Valle gave a free buggy for every 2 players because the greens had been hollow-tyned, something we appreciated. In fact buggy prices this time had been reduced considerably which was a surprise. Oh yes, in Hacienda Riquelme they had not recorded that you had booked 4 buggies for us there and said that all buggies were booked by a society and no way could we get one. So fortunately I produced a copy of your most recent e-mail, [thought about the night before leaving] and suddenly 2 were available for us. So you do impress.
I wrote to you recently re a trip to Fuerteventura the 1st week of December. We will be finalising that as soon as possible and come back to you. We really would like to play the new south course there if you can work a miracle.
Finally We thank you most sincerely for your help and efficiency and we continue to look forward to doing business with you again.
Kindest regards, James Meade. Ireland. Played Sep/Oct/08.

Golf holiday, Costa Brava, Spain
Yes, we had a great time.
The golf was very good. All courses [PGA Catalunya, Green, Platja de Pals, Emporda Forest /Links] we played were in good condition and staff were very helpful.
Accommodation [Golf Beach Aparthotel] was also very good, in line with what we expected. Staff also very helpful, particularly in directing us to good local restaurants.
Generally the car hire policy of paying for the tank of gas in advance represents poor value for money so if I was doing the same trip next year I would go with a different car hire company.
I found the printed itineraries and vouchers very helpful although I do have two comments to add on that.
1) There was a mix up with the PGA Catalunya golf booking. We were supposed to play the red course when we arrived and the green course on Sunday but the bookings were reversed in the booking system at the course. As it turned out it wasn't a problem and they let us play the green course both days and that was fine with us.
2) We found the PGA Catalunya comply very difficult to find from Girona airport. I would recommend you adding some directions from the airport to it. It's extremely close but very badly sign-posted.
This was our first time golfing in Spain and overall we were very happy with it.
Thanks for your help Brian Aherne. Ireland. Oct/08.

Just to let you know that we are home from a really lovely holiday. The golf [Victoria, Millennium, Old & Vilasol] and hotel [Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Hotel] were just perfect. Everything was so easy, from the airport collections to daily golf transfers . We are looking forward to next year already.
Thank you for all your help. Amanda Welch. Ireland. Oct/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
We returned from Spain on Saturday and I would like to tell you about the golf courses we’ve played.
Alcaidesa was beautiful as ever. Maybe you should inform people that there is a new Clubhouse and you should follow the signs ‘’golf’’ to the left in stead of the familiar way to the old Clubhouse. (For people who’ve played there before)
Estepona’s lay-out is fantastic, but the maintenance is bad and the course is muddy. The buggies are old and the buggy paths very bumpy. But still we had a good time. I would not recommend it.
Calanova was fine as well, not a real clubhouse yet. The course is interesting, but not easy.
Santa Clara was, maybe, our best course this week. Very friendly people, course immaculate, clubhouse and shop fantastic, restaurant and staff perfect. Santa Maria is nice, but a shame that all the tee boxes were put up front. A driver and pitching wedge was enough. Very busy course. It took over five hours.
Monte Mayor is a gem in the Mountains. We were rained out on Sunday, but were allowed to play Saturday. Very difficult for high handicappers.
The car your company arranged for us was also to our expectations.
We will be in Spain again Christmas and will need two cars. We’ll get back to you in November.
Kind regards, Harry and Hannie Kunzel. Sep/08.

Golf holiday in Tavira, Algarve, Portugal
Just getting back to you now. We enjoyed our holiday in Tavira very much,it is a lovely little town. The hotel [Vila Gale Tavira] was excellent and will probably go back again next year. The hire car was disappointing, smaller than we had expected and paid for, it was also not very clean inside or out, quite a few scrapes and scratches but apart from that everything else was great.
Pat Patton. N. Ireland. Sep/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol
Yes we enjoyed the golf very much.
Monte Mayor was a fantastic course - beautiful, tough, great greens - the
best any of our group had ever played.
La Quinta was also beautiful.
Lauro - they had booked us from holes 19-27 and 1-9. The former was the
new course - not so good. But holes 1-9 were well designed and beautiful.
Guadalhorce - was a nice 'members' course. I think it had the best green
of the tour.
Thank you for organising the courses and PB. We had no problems with the course bookings. Incidently, i did see a golfer with a course master golf travel case - looked good.
Cheers Regards Sunil Phakkey. England. Oct/08.

Golf Holiday in Costa del Sol, Spain
I would like to inform you that the overall Golf holiday was wonderful and the enjoying level was very high. I am a flexible person and can handle some inconveniences which might be a problem for other people. Therefore I would like to tell you these small issues in order to inform other customers prior to their travel.
1. The hotel [Sol Aloha Puerto] was wonderful and also the food was satisfactory. The only problem I suffered a bit, was that they hotel could not offer a parking place for the rental car. It was always a kind of lottery to get a parking place within the environment of the hotel.
2. The only golf course I would not recommend anymore is the Mijas Lagos. Its more a farmer field than a golf course and due to the swampy area millions of flies are hampering the golf play.
3. The other courses [La Cala Europa/Asia/ America, Mijas Olivos] are in wonderful conditions. You could also inform players that if they consider a tee time prior to 0930 a m  on the Europe, Asia and Amerika course a buggy is free included in the booking. If the tee time is later they recommend you to take a buggy in order to follow the flow of the game. The courses are very hilly and if you don’t have a buggy a lot of flights are overtaking you by marshals decisions.
But overall as i mentioned the holiday was wonderful and I would and will do it again.
Peter Poecher. Norway. Sep/08.

Golf in Algarve
Thanks for your e-mail, we did have a very enjoyable and successful golf
holiday in the Algarve but I would like to comment on one or two things.
I booked Pinhal and Millennium courses for 09.30 am and had to change the
tee times due to a mix up where Oceanico golf complex had booked us for
2009 instead of 2008 and we had to change our tee times at late notice
to 08.34 and 12.42. this error was only picked up because one of our
party was added on late, I dread to think what would have happened if we
had turned up for our original tee times.
PINHAL...This course was OK, the only complaint I would have is that 4
or 5 of the greens were in a bad state of repair and in fact one green
was a temporary green, which we felt was unacceptable considering the
amount of money we paid to play on it.
PINECLIFFS...This course was excellent and was enjoyed by all our party,
the layout of the course must have changed recently as on the 9th
(devil's parlour) the tee was closed for what looked like safety reasons
and had been moved forward, this hole was now the 6th. Which was not
quite as far but still challenging, also they had'nt changed the yardage
which still informed you that the hole was 198 metres long, causing one
of our players to over hit and land his ball among the sunbathers behind
the green, which is obviously quite dangerous. But the condition of the
course was outstanding and we all said we would happily play it again.
MILLENNIUM...This course was the best of the lot, the farways were in
superb condition and the greens were perfect, we could not fault this
course and we will definitely be playing it again.
All in all, we had an enjoyable week, so much so that we intend to
return next year, hopefully we will play Laguna, Pinecliffs and
Millenium, thanks for all your efforts and we will be in touch regarding
next years trip as soon as we are sure how many golfers are going.
Thanks again...Brian Norcross. U.K. Sep/08.

Golf on San Roque Old, La Quinta, Santana & Flamingos Rosa.
We had a most enjoyable few days in Costa Del Sol. However our
only Complaint is, that no buggies were available at La Quinta and also that
The tee time was in the middle of a club competition.
Overall it was a most enjoyable trip.
Michael O´Halloran. Ireland. Oct/08.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
The courses [Miraflores Golf, Calanova & Cabopino Golf] where excellent very close to our accommodation and great value for money. If we return next year we will certainly be using your services again.
Many thanks Declan Geraghty. Ireland. Sep/08

Golf in Algarve
We had a fantastic time in Vilamoura.
The villa we stayed in was spotless and spacious and we enjoyed having
our own private pool.
The golf courses [Millennium, Laguna, Pinhal & Victoria] were great also, although the rough was left a little too long on the Victoria course making it unrealistically penal. I appreciate this was in preparation of the Portuguese Masters that begins
tomorrow, however, it was felt by all in our party that a reduced green
fee or some kind of compensation (e.g. a goody bag or something) would
have been reasonable and would have been a nice touch.
That aside, everything ran very smoothly, we tee'd off on time, no round
took any longer than 4&1/2 hours, transfers too and from the villa were
on time and efficient.
Just like previous years we were very pleased with the service we
received from Course Master Holidays.
Many thanks, Rich Jones West Midlands. Sep/08.

Golf in Cyprus
thanks for the interest in our trip. I am pleased
we did the minthis 1st as the secret valley was
excellent in all respects & we would have been
disappointed as the facilities were basic at Minthis.& course ok
excellent value especially secret valley
Regards Alex Liston. Edinburgh. Oct/08

Golf in Quinta do Lago, Algarve, Portugal
All arrangements worked out fine.
Pinheiros Alto was superb and we had a very pleasant round.
San Lorenzo was slightly disappointing, The fairways had just been scarified and hollow tined so we did not see the course at its best.
Nevertheless we enjoyed our trip .
Bev Stokes. U.K. July 2008.

Golf Holiday in Algarve, Portugal
Pick up and drop of from Airport to hotel – Polotur – first class service, friendly and bang on time at both ends.
Transfer to Vale do Lobo – again first class and excellent punctuality.
Vilamoura Beach Hotel – staff were extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, tidy and spacious – no complaints at all
San Lorenzo Golf – course was very good, if overpriced. Cost of food and drink in clubhouse was absolutely extortionate (110 euros for 4 club sandwiches and 4 cokes)
Vale Do Lobo – terrific course, far better than SL. Service was excellent and staff friendly. Food and drinks were much more reasonably priced in comparison to SL. There was extensive construction around the front 9 holes but fortunately not much activity as it was Saturday afternoon (as you suggested). As such it didn’t detract from our enjoyment although may have been a different story had the work been in full swing.
All in all very good, everything went very smoothly and we would have no hesitation in using your services again. You’ve been very helpful and looked after us brilliantly thanks! Here’s to next year.
Steve Blades. Stockport. July 2008.

Golf at Praia del Rey, Silver Coast, Portugal

We thoroughly enjoyed the [Praia del Rey] Course, the views and the general
hospitality - everyone was very friendly. We will no doubt visit again
provided the euro does not increase in value by another 20% when we would
probably go to the USA. Shame the Greens had been hollow tined and sanded shortly before we visited, but I fully realise you need to do this work. We were given a 25% reduction in the green fees but I would rather visit the Course when it is not being
sanded. Can you post the dates the greens are being sanded on your website
and we will travel out of those times next year? If you want some constructive criticism, we were not asked to show our Handicap certificates at any time and there were some terrible holiday golfers trying to play what is a difficult course. Now I appreciate you want
the income their green fees generate but how about asking the course
marshall to speed them along a bit or ask them to let people through? One
round took our 3 ball 4 hours 40 minutes to play, which in 29c heat is not
my idea of fun. Or send the Hackers off the 10th, back nine being easier and send handicap golfers off the first tee to separate them if possible - difficult I realise
but would lead to happier customers, which is what you want.
All the best, Martin Dennis. Hamshire. July 2008.
Editor's Note: We do post the maintenance work on our website on the "green fees" pages and notify all clients of upcoming maintenance upon notification by the golf course.

Golf in Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal
Overall, we thought that Victoria was a brilliant course. The "Old" course has the best fairways I've ever played on and is beautifully designed. By comparison Millennium and Pinhal are lagging, yet, they truly deserve to be very highly recommended.
We were warned beforehand that buggies were very expensive but not to worry because the courses were easy walking, and that we would see/sense more by walking. As it turned out, buggies were on special offer at half price (30 Euros at both Millennium and The Old). Naturally, we then used them. We wondered if we lost something in the translation at Victoria when we were quoted 60 Euros. We could certainly have done with them that morning! (No questions) Evidently buggies were free after midday, not that we would have wanted to play at that time.
So, my only constructive criticism would have been to know about this before going. Overall, a super package. Would I use you again? Yes.
All the best for now and cheers,
Steve Ward. July 2008.

Golf on Novo Sancti Petri
Novo Sancti Petri were fine problem last day at C however we played on B. They book the 10th until 10am so off at 8am we were flying and this caused delay for quick scots behind slow Spaniards and Germans. Both A and B were good. Jerez was great really good and we also played Arcos Gardens again fantastic.
Thanks for your help hope to use you again and will pass on details to my golf society.
Kind Regards, Gordon Spy. July 2008.

Golf Holiday in Carvoeiro, Algarve, Portugal
We stayed two weeks in a townhouse in Palm Gardens resort, Carvoeiro. It was a first class arrangement from Golf-holidays (like always) and we are very satisfied with accommodation, car-hire and pre-booking of the golf tee-times [at Pinta, Gramacho, Silves, Morgado, Palmares & Salgados]. Everything was OK! Until our next holiday with Golf-holidays!
Guenter Kempter, Vienna, July 2008.

Golf in Eastern Algarve
First of all I would like to thank you and your company for booking the golf for us. There were no hitches at all when we checked in at the courses. As far as the courses were concerned Quinta da Cima/Ria were both in excellent condition. Just about the equal of the Vilamoura courses we have played in the past. Cima greens had been recently hollow-cored but putted well nevertheless. Both were long enough to be a good test with Ria having a few more water hazards and Cima having many, many well placed bunkers. Benamor was shorter but with more variety in the topography. Downside was that holes 1-9 were closed due to an inspection by what seemed to be the Portuguese golf authorities so we played 10-18 twice. We were told by a member that a couple of greens on the front 9 had been lost earlier in the year. Castro Marim was a good course which we enjoyed but not quite so well manicured as the Quintas. We played one of the original nines and the new 9. The older holes seemed a bit claustrophobic playing along tight valleys often to elevated greens, compared to the new 9 which was longer and more open over rolling hills. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the courses which were all new to us. Thanks again
Alastair McGhie. U.K. July 2008.

Golf holiday in Marbella, Costa del Sol
I just wanted to write you and let you know that my husband and I had the most wonderful holiday in Costa del Sol. Greenlife Resort was really lovely and the accommodation was perfect - everything we had hoped it would be. All the arrangements which you made and the directions you supplied were just great, from the time we collected the car at Malaga airport, right through to finding each golf course [Cabopino, El Chaparral, Rio Real, Miraflores, Dona Julia & Greenlife] - we never got lost once!
I am so impressed with your company, and particularly with your personal help, that I look forward to booking with you again next year (would probably even go for the exact same apartment!)
In conversation to other holiday makers we met while in Spain who asked where/how we booked our holiday, I recommended they pay a visit to your website and assured them they wouldn't be disappointed.
So thanks again Casey for everything.
Please keep me on your mailing list for 2009 holiday offers from Coursemaster.
Kind regards, Linda Ronan, Ireland, July 2008.

Golf in Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal
The weather was great not as hot or humid as spain.
the old course is stunning, cracking layout lot of uphill approaches to greens. condition immaculate.
. went back and played it the following mon, scored 41 points the 1 st time, 38 the 2nd. inspires you to good golf.
the victoria course is a monster 6600 yds off the yellows, very hard course, even tougher when the wind blows,
would play it again though. Condition immaculate, layout very good.
i see they are playing the Portuguese masters there in Oct.
the pinhal and millennium courses are totally forgettable, would not play them again, too much in and out of housing , couple of holes stuck here and therecondition of courses average,
thanks for your help, will be in touch later in year ref spain next year.
Regards, John Doody.

Golf in Bordeaux, France
We have just come back from Golf du Medoc which was very good indeed. Lovely weather, excellent golf courses [Medoc Chateaux & Medoc Vignes] and a first class hotel. We would go back there any time. Thanks for all your help etc.

Golf in Tenerife, Spain
Great time at the golf courses [Las Americas, Amarilla & Costa Adeje] we booked but the last one (Las Americas) were working on the first 2 holes and was very very sandy. Like playing on one big bunker other than that they were great. Cheers
Dave Martin, U.K. July 2008.

Golf in Algarve, Portugal
The booking you did for me was very good. The courses [Salgados, Gramacho, Pinta & Vale Do Lobo Royal] were marvelous and we had a good time down there. The Gramacho was one of the best courses I ever has played,we will contact you if we need some tee times on some later holidays. Have a nice day!

Golf holiday in Cyprus
We very much enjoyed our stay [at Louis Phaethon Beach Hotel] and everything was very well organized and met our expectations.

Holiday in Tuscany
We had a wonderful time in [Baglioni Residence] Alleluja! It’s a beautiful resort and there were enough kids, both in the resort as with local kids at the beach! The oldest son, Julien, is very easy in making new friends! And language seems never to be an issue with kids!
We had one complain in the first week, while there was a lot of noise for building activities around our apartment (even at 8.00 o clock in the morning), but they apologize and offered us a free diner in the hotel, which was of course, very generous.
The apartment itself was very luxurious indeed and a wonderful place to stay. We had organized ourselves (2x per week, cleaning of the house). They said we had paid for only once (at the end of the 3 weeks period). I would like to advice you, to calculate at least 1 cleaning per week, in the price next time, even when the price have to go up then. Can you please inform us for next year about your offers, also other residences? And I am sorry to tell you we haven’t play golf at all. There were enough other things to do as a family!
Take care, Nicole Siemer. Austria, July 2008.

Golf in Algarve, Portugal
Our holiday was great and we really enjoyed the golf.
The sun was shining and the temperatures were suitable for us (between +23 - +32 c).
We played seven courses during our holiday;
- BoaVista,
- Alto,
- Penina,
- Villamoura Millennium,
- Pinta,
- Morgado and
- Alamo

I liked most Millennium and BoaVista. My wife’s favourite courses were BoaVista and Morgado.
Sakari Jamsa. Finland, July 2008.

Golf in Costa del Sol
So we back in Denmark again. Just a little about the courses:
Santana: a fine course at a good price
Finca Cortesin: a super course and I think it will on of the best in the area in some years – FANTASTIC service – best I ever had on a golf course!
Almenara: okay to the price – but not in good shape.
Valderrama: Number 1 on my list with Pebble Beach – fantastic!!! The best shape I ever seen a golf course with TPC Sawgrass under the Players Champ.
Torrequebrada: Fine as always – a little long at the tees
La Reserva: Could be a fantastic course – but to expensive when it wasn’t in better condition.
Then we played El Chaparral: not good I think
Thanks for your help..Have a good one…

Golf holiday to Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal
Yeah holiday was really good. Must say though that it's a very expensive place is Portugal or maybe it was just Vilamoura itself and also coming from South Africa it doesn't help but even still it was very steep. Golf [on Victoria & Old Course] was fantastic, really good courses. And the deal you got for us was excellent so thanks again.
The [Vilamoura Beach] hotel was good, very touristy obviously but in a great location. Breakfast wasn't the best but again being a very touristy place I can see why. the 5-star grading in Portugal is definitely not the same 5-star we'd get here in South Africa, but overall it was comfortable and very close to the golf courses which is why we went. So overall it was very well organized, transfers to and from airport and golf courses were spot on, never late and very courteous.
So thanks again and will definitely give you a shout for our next golf holiday.
Regards Ian Waddle. South Africa. July 2008.

Golf in Algarve
All went very smoothly for us both
The courses [Quinta Do lago North, Vilasol & Pinheiros Altos] are still some of the best in Europe and Vila Sol has to be in my top five world wide.
Your service was impeccable and I will be definitely using you again.
The only problem I had was that my fifteen year old Godson slaughtered me! Ho hum
Regards,Simon Colbourne July 2008.

Golf in Costa Blanca
We had a great time on the Costa Blanca, all four golf courses [La Serena, Las Ramblas, El Valle & La Finca] were in really good condition. It was the first time playing at El Valle and we were very impressed, nice course, setting easy to find and had a good round!
Thank you for your help, we will be back in contact before our next visit to use your excellent services again.
Many thanks,Ian McCloud. July 2008.

All of the courses we played [La Finca, Lo Romero, La Marquesa & El Plantio] were in very good condition. My favorite in the area is La Finca, and it was in amazing condition yesterday even though we had a huge rainfall the previous night and into the morning. El Valley was short, but very tricky if you strayed from the fairway - the deal with buggies and a meal here were great. Alenda was in very good condition and started off the weekend off well for us. Lo Romero was excellent value for money - well maintained, good greens and a great signature par 4 with an island green (18th). One downside was that at Alenda and Lo Romero we couldn’t hire buggies as they were already booked when we arrived. I guess we could do that through you in future? I’ll be in contact soon, as I am back in Spain in less than 4 weeks and looking for some bargains for myself and a friend to play 4 or 5 games. Thanks.
Gary Wilson. July 2008.

Golf in Central Algarve, Portugal
We had a great time, as usual.
Gramacho, Pinta and Penina golf courses were in very good condition. Just to let you know Alto golf course have diseased greens therefore the greens are not in very good condition.
Apart from that everything went well. Will get in touch later in the year for our next trip. Thank you for all your help.
Regards John Newman.

Golf in Vale do Lobo, Algarve, Portugal
The weekend was great thanks. I thought the [Vale do Lobo] Ocean course was excellent and the Royal was good. Thanks again your booking service worked well.
Chris Other. July 2008

Praia del Rey Golf Course
AMAZING.
Really, really good. Great condition, great atmosphere and great course management.
Simon Doggett , July 2008.

We just got back this evening and had a terrific time. The courses were fine. Alhaurin was by far and away the best of the three. Its a terrific little course. The greens on La Cala were disappointing on several holes - the ball was not able to run smoothly, since the greens were bumpy and not well maintained. Mijas was fine, not the spectacle I thought it would be, but sufficient. I would have no hesitation recommending your service and will certainty use you in the future.
Kevin Dorrian. July 2008.

Just returned from my holiday to Spain. The Golf courses [Hacienda del Alamo, El Valle & Hacienda Riquelme] were great, unlike my golf. Your service has been exceptional, and I will certainly use you again in the future. I have forwarded your Web address to many of my friends who frequently travel through Europe.
All the best. Raymond Fernie. July 2008.

Golf in Tenerife
1. Las America golf club - very bad attitude at the reception desk (although very nice golf course).
2. Costa Adeje golf club - sudden change of the golf route from A and B championship course to A and C. We were indeed informed on that in advance and agreed base on explanation that C course is as good but just slightly shorter. After playing - A course is AMAZING and I assume B as well being part of the championship course. C is different story, different level, different quality... very different... and actually even located outside the Adeje golf club.
3. Gold Car renting - it was indeed mentioned in our voucher getting the car full and returning empty. Being in Tenerife for the first time, we found out that even we try hard, we'll not be able to use the whole tank and we indeed used only half. Once claiming back the half tank, we were referred to the contract. Nice way for the renting company to make extra money, very annoying for the customer (small issue, but again, sometime small issues counts more, and I'm quite sure legally they can not do that even you kind of agreed in advance).
All in all, it was great vacation, very nice hotel [Cleopatra Palace] and great weather as you probably know.
Thanks for your help and see you next time.
Regards, Gadi Divald July 2008.

Golf on Las Ramblas, Villamartin, La Finca, La Marquesa & La Serena
Everything went just fine, except food in La Zenia [Hotel] , but it looks it is just the way it is out there, so I think I should choose 5 star hotel :-))  Thank you for your cooperation and arrangements, hope to travel with you again and very soon.
Best of luck, Michel Bordelius, July 2008.

Golf in Vilamoura, Algarve
Had brilliant time ... [Vila Gale Marina] Hotel was lovely, no problems with transfer( only thing maybe was the time we had to wait for shuttle bus one day was 45 minutes) apart from that, great. golf courses fine Millennium better than Laguna. We probably booking again with you guys. Thanks very much
Regards,Colin Ward. Essex. June 2008.

Golf holiday to Vilamoura, Algarve
The arrangements were fine and we all had a very enjoyable time. I think our only negative comment would be the noise levels from the bars underneath our accommodation [Olympus Vilamoura], which was very loud and went on into the early hours. But that aside, everything else [Pinhal, Vila Sol & Millennium courses] was very good and thanks you for all of your help and assistance in making it a success. I will contact you again when we need to arrange our next golf trip, many thanks

Value for money near Murcia, Spain
Roda
- I mixed up my dates and turned up the day after I was due to play, however they were excellent at the pro-shop and managed to fit us in even though it was entirely my mistake. The course was very good though the last few fairways were a little threadbare. It was a relatively forgiving course and both of us scored well. The club house is fantastic! A modern funky cool place to recharge your batteries after a round of golf.
Mar Menor - we arrived early and were offered an earlier tee-time as the course was not very busy. The tee-marshall was very helpful and gave us handy tips on the course. The greens were lightning fast and immaculate. The whole place had a wonderfully mature feel to it. As it is a 9 hole course we were invited to take a break halfway round which was a welcome respite from the heat. It was quite a challenging course very tight with some tricky holes but it wasn't impossible to play. My personal favourite of the three we played.
Serena - We played this course twice and it was hard going both times but that was due to the fact that we didn't play very well either time we played it. The course was not in great condition there were a lot of very poor tee boxes, some of the fairways were pretty bad and the greens were erratic in pace. That all being said it is a fairly new course and will get better as it beds in. Its a pretty tough course mainly because water features on nearly every hole but when we were playing well it was very enjoyable to play. The facilities were excellent with a driving range, two putting greens (one flat and one with slopes) and a chipping green with bunker.
All 3 courses were great value for money and I would gladly play all three again. I hope this assists and I am sure I will book through you again next year when I return.
Scott Baldwin. June 2008.

Florida Golf Holiday at Highlands Reserve
Just to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Florida and will definitely be returning in the future. The [Highlands Reserve] villa was exceptional and catered for all of our needs. One gripe only was the showering facilities. No pressure in the system meant very poor showers in all of the rooms. As you can imagine, a villa which could've catered for more than the 7 we had living there, particularly in the climate of Florida needs to be capable of providing sufficient water for all. We managed all the same and it didn't take anything away from the time we spent there. The Highlands Reserve course we managed to play a second time. Loved the course and the facilities but it still has the look of being a young course. The starter did state that it was designed as a links course but it was very different to the links course we play at home in the North East of Scotland. No
chance of losing any balls which is a good thing I suppose. It wasn't as established as the courses you organised for me last year in Portugal but very enjoyable to play, and couldn't get over how inexpensive it was for the club, cart hire and fees. Once again, thanks for your help in finding another great place for us to stay and we will definately be using yourselves again for future holiday destinations.Thank You and Best Regards,
Stuart McLeod, Scotland, June 2008

Golf in Tuscany
We had a very good holiday in the Poggio De Medici Resort.
All the arrangements worked without any problems, as always. The weather was rather unsettled, with rain at the start of the week and the course was quite water-logged. However we enjoyed our rounds, especially as it was not too busy. It is a very well-maintained course which presents many challenges! We were allocated exactly the room we wanted which was excellent, looking out on the 4th green.
The only complaint we would have was that the food in the hotel was not up to the standard one would expect of a hotel of this calibre. This was also the case two years ago but we had hoped that it would have improved in the meantime. Thank you for your efforts on our behalf in getting exactly what we wanted.
Regards Glenda Stewart. June 2008

Golf in Tuscany
We really enjoyed playing Punta Ala. It was a challenging course and all the staff were very friendly (and English speaking!). The course was about two hours away from where we were staying so we merged it with a tour of Western Tuscany, including a visit to Massa Maritima. Turned out to be an excellent day trip.
Thanks for your help!
Sincerely, Dana Howerton, Vietnam, June 2008.

Golf holiday to Praia Alvor, Algarve, Portugal
In general everything was fine. The apartments were fine and the courses [Pinta, Gramacho and Silves]
were as good as ever. The only thing was that the Dom Joao did not think we had booked breakfast. This is the fourth time I have been there and each time they miss the fact we had booked breakfast. Before you look at your paperwork I saw it at the hotel reception and it is clear breakfast is booked. For some reason they can never see it? But this was only a minor point. Overall we had a great time, and are already thinking about next year.
Any suggestions are always welcome.

Golf holiday to Cascais, Portugal
The [Quinta da Marinha] resort and the golf courses [Quinta da Marinha & Oitavos Dunes] were excellent. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Only slightly negative thing is that you really have to go into Cascais to experience any nightlife so probably not suitable for groups of male golfers. I would definitely go back again and will recommend to friends.

Everything went really well. Thanks for you help + have recommended you to other people! The courses [Costa Adeje & Golf del Sur] were great especially Adeje, it’s a really great course/great views and overall value for money. Thanks again for your efforts.
David Harrison. June 2008.

The [Don Cayo] course was fantastic. It was very hilly so quite hard work but enjoyable.

Golf in Western Ireland
WE SURE DID ENJOY OUR TRIP...AND THANX FOR THE EXCELLENT WORK YOU FOLKS DID.
AS YOU PROBABLY KNOW...IRISH GOLF IS BRUTAL...WIND..NARROW FAIRWAYS..FESCUE WASTE HIGH...AND OUR FIRST GAME WAS AT LAHINCH...AT FIRST WE DIDN'T LIKE IT...BUT AS WE PLAYED THE OTHERS..THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT.
DOONBEG ACCOMMODATIONS WERE OUTSTANDING..TRUE 5 STAR...THEY COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR US..THE COURSE WAS DIFFICULT..BUT IN GOOD SHAPE.
BALLYBUNION WAS GREAT..
BUTLER ARMS WAS GOOD...AND WATERVILLE COURSE WAS THE BEST...WE LIKED IT AND THEY TREATED US ROYALLY.
DOOKS...I WOULD PASS..SCENIC..BUT RESEMBLES A PASTURE.
NO ONE EVER ASKED FOR A HANDI-CAP LETTER..NOR REQUESTED TO SEE A VOUCHER...SO YOUR COMPANY MUST BE WELL RESPECTED THERE.
ANOTHER POINT IS THAT THERE WAS NOBODY THERE...DOONBEG WAS EMPTY..BUTLER ARMS ONLY HAD A FEW PEOPLE STAYING...WATERVILLE WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL....THERE IS A SERIOUS SHORTAGE OF TOURISTS...AND THE LOCALS ARE EXPERIENCING A RECESSION....BUT THE IRISH PEOPLE WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL...NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM OR INCIDENT.
THANX AGAIN AND HOPEFULLY WE'LL BOOK AGAIN SOMEWHERE

All the courses [La Cala Europa, Santa Maria, Calanova, La Quinta & Santa Clara] were in perfect condition, thank Casey for changing Los naranjos to Santa Maria and all the work that she has done for us. Will definitely be booking more golf with you, as the service is fantastic.

I have spoken with Mr Davis in regards to golfing holiday that we booked with your company. He has advised me that they all had a Fantastic time and in his words the golfing was sensational [Vale do Lobo, Quinta do lago, and Oceanico courses] and everything went smoothly. A big Thank you to Tracey for all her hard work in assisting me in putting it all together and in the future if I have any other golf groups I will be in contact with your company for your assistance.
Once again thank you very much.

Golf in Algarve
But just to let you know everything went very well we had one problem and that was with the old course it took us 3 hours to play the front 9 holes which was not on they had to many golfers out so they could not cope we did complain because we did not finish we walked in after 9 i thought that i may have heard from them but they have not bothered so we wont be going back to the old coarse again but the rest [Quinta do Lago south, Vila Sol & Millennium] was great the [Vilamoura Beach] hotel is closing soon so if we go back to the same hotel when it reopens or choose another thats for a later day to decide anyway maybe you can keep me informed or a nicer hotel but it will be for may 09 hope i have not bored you with all this thanks for all your help say hello to jim and be good have a nice day
Larry Sutton Ireland. May 2008.

All like clockwork, no problems with booking. Villamartin was probably in the best condition we've seen it for 5 years! Plenty to offer a still a challenging course. Roda, equally as good with a fab new clubhouse and great facilities. Could of done with a drinks cart coming round as it was pretty hot. All said great trip. Thanks.
Mat Woolley- UK. June 2008.

The golf at mijas was great and the support structure with bar and food was excellent. Rio real is a great course but the people were not very friendly to us. La cala was superb with the course and the people being brilliant.
Talk next year.

Atalaya Park Golf Resort, Costa del Sol, Spain
We had a great holiday and everything you did for us was spot on. Next year about the same time we are going to give Portugal a whirl so we will get back to you next year. We are off to the USA in December for 2 months. Oh the joy of being retired!
Kind regards Christine and Tony. June 2008 .

Many thanks for your e-mail and for the efficiency with which you dealt with our booking. We thoroughly enjoyed our Golf at both courses and found both the staff in both clubs very helpful and friendly. Both [Old & Quinta do Lago South] courses were in immaculate condition . I will contact you again when we decide to travel to Portugal or Spain on a golfing holiday.
Kind regards, Terry Murray. Ireland. May 2008.

Parque da Floresta Golf Resort, Algarve, Portugal
We had a great time thanks, we enjoyed  that part of the Algarve and found all the little hidden coves and beaches great!
the fish in Salema (local village) was fabulous.
accommodation was clean and well presented, the personal touches were nice. C.D'S, games for the children to play etc.
little bit isolated and you would def need a car,
second week we moved to the sheraton pine cliffs golf residences where we had stayed last year. everything was generally more expensive as you would expect.
thank you for your attention throughout and i will no doubt consider your services again both from a personal and business level as i operate weekly charter flights into the Algarve
regards and thanks again

Golf in Costa del Sol
My son and I both really enjoyed the Dona Julia course, in particular the
greens which were outstanding, although the course was a bit tight. The down
side was the clubhouse which is temporary, but I'm sure when the new
clubhouse is finished overall it will be an excellent golf venue. If in
Spain next year, I would play the course again if the clubhouse is
finished.
I have a soft spot for Santa Maria having played it last year and again, it
didn't disappoint me. I have to say I had an outstanding game of golf;
came in with a net 68 so I was well pleased. The clubhouse although small
was very friendly and will be on my itinerary next year if we choose Spain.
Thanks for all your help putting together the tee times and for your
valuable advice. We are torn between Spain and Portugal for next year, but
rest assured I will be in touch when we have decided.
Again many thanks.

Great Weekend in Biarritz, France
Just to let you know that we had a great weekend in Biarritz.
The Hotel Tulip was good for a 3 star hotel. Very clean, efficient and with a good breakfast on offer. It was also very convenient for the Biarritz centre and beach - 5 minutes walk down hill - with a moderate up hill return.
Biarritz is an up market city and quite expensive for drinks/food, but acceptable. Very clean and tidy city. The airport is almost in walking distance - literally a few minutes in a car.
The golf courses we played were all very good.
Seignosse was a tight course, not many opportunities with a wayward driver - but undulating terrain with good greens. It is walkable - but easier in a buggy.
Makila is a much more 'open' course. Not as pretty as Seignosse but a good course nevertheless. I would recommend a buggy here though, as there is a lot of distance between green to next tee.
Moliets was probably the pick of the bunch. Here you find a greater variety of golf hole styles. Mostly through woodland but with medium width fairways so not too penalizing. There are also 4 holes that are 'links' golf which provides a stunning walk by the sea before returning to the final 2 holes in the woods.
All of the courses had great greens and lovely clubhouses. The only downside seems to be that the bar and catering facilities seem to close early (6pm for drinks - sometimes 4pm for food - as was Moliets on Sunday).
However all in all the courses were more than satisfactory and the welcome we received was warm.
TEAM ASSISTANCE - The coach company were very efficient and provided a good service. Chantal and Christian spoke good English and were very helpful.
Thank you, Simon Moyser, U.K. June 2008

Golf holiday to Algarve
We had a wonderful time in Portugal.
The Tivoli Almansor [Carvoeiro] was good and we had a wonderful sea view from the balcony.
Car hire was very straight forward and we had no problems there.
Morgado---------- was. Penina, in my opinion, could be better. I have played there on a few occasions but my gut feeling is that it is being left behind. At the clubhouse we were treated okay, the course was fine but we were not treated with the same courtesy as in Gramacho.........
Now we found that experience most enjoyable. The people were friendly, everything was well organized and on time and the course was in good order. It was also a very pleasant view from the course. We will definitely be back!!!
Carol Knox. , Belfast. June 2008.

Hotel dei Consoli, Rome
All was fine. We had a lovely time in Rome. The hotel was very nice with clean rooms and very nice staff. The rooftop restaurant was lovely and did good breakfasts. It is hoped that it will be open for lunches and dinners by September but there is plenty of options around and about. The chap on the reception desk was brilliant, nothing to much trouble and advised on everything from nice restaurants to the best places to visit and how to get there. The car collections worked well, had a driver from the airport and a suicide pilot to get us back. Weather was super and everything was well. Many thanks,
Kind regards, David Snowden. Essex. June 2008.

Islantilla Golf Resort
The transport to and from the airport was very prompt, and very good, the drivers were excellent and pointed out certain areas on route to the resort, speaking very good english. The [Islantilla Golf Resort] hotel was everything that we expected, the facilities were great. The rooms were very nice, and the food was excellent. The [Islantilla] golf course was a great test, and in excellent condition, although on the last day we played the 9 holes that had been out for maintenance, and we thought that it was brought back into play a bit to early, due to the condition, but apart from some RAIN we all enjoyed it, and most players said it was the best course they had played. The only draw back was the night life out side the hotel, there wasn’t any, the hotel staff weren’t very helpful in that respect, they preferred us to stay in the hotel to drink, which we don’t like particularly like to do every night. I would like to Thank you for arranging this holiday for us, and hope to speak to you at another time maybe next year.
Norman Keech. North Lines. May 2008.

Golf in Costa del Sol
We had a great time with Great weather. None of the courses were new to us. Monte Mayor is great fun but too difficult to play all the time. Once a year is enough but should not be missed. Alcaidesa was in good condition. New clubhouse spectacular. El Chaparral is the best course on CDS by far. Course, staff and clubhouse all A1. playable for all levels of golfer, rewards bravery (sometimes) and punishes bad shots. Los Naranjos was a big disappointment. Course was having work done and 4 temporary greens were in play - had to wait for green-staff everywhere. Would not have played it if you had told me about this. Staff unpleasant to the point of rudeness. Will book again for the next year including Rio Real (played before) next time and not Los Naranjos.
Regards, Simon Axford. June 2008

Golf in Algarve
The Millennium course at Vilamoura was a little disappointing for the cost due to the poor condition of the course. I thought this was originally due to the time of year. However, having played the others I’m afraid this could not have been the case. Boavista and Penina were excellent. In fact Boavista was one of the best value for its money courses we have ever played. thanks for the booking. We had to change a few tee times around and all the courses were very accommodating.
Many Thanks, Lee Alldrick. UK. June 2008.

Golf in Costa del Sol
Just a few comments on the 3 courses we played in Spain
Atalaya 2 nice courses old and new a bit tight in places and because it was so hot it was nice to be able to take the buggy onto the fairway.
La Duquesa very tight course. You must stick to the buggy track so it makes it lots of long walks if your ball lands the other side to the track.
El Paraiso By far the best course (we played it twice) you can take the buggy onto the fairways. Wide fairways especially on the back nine. Thank you for booking the courses for me, everything went very smooth.
Regards Fred Brown, E Sussex. June 2008

Golf in Algarve
Kerrie all of them were excellent. I would rate them in the following order and would be more than happy to play them all again. Each coarse was in excellent condition.
1 = Palmares
2 = Vale da Pinta
3 = Penina
4 = Gramacho

Le Meridien Penina Resort , Algarve, Portugal
We spent a very nice time at the Penina Resort with splendid weather.
My comments about the Hotel are the following :
1. rooms too small
2. not much place for clothes
3. old fashion
4. rooms with view mountain : noisy, consequently we changed and had to pay a charge of EUR 25 per day for 2 pax. We would not recommend rooms with mountain view
5. Good service and good food
6. Car hire : good
7. [Resort & Championship] Golf courses : both were beautiful and not easy at all, we enjoyed both of them
8. I took some massage : very nice people, interesting prices as well
I can recommend the hotel but not as a 5 stars.
Thank you again for your organization, it is very easy to travel with you.

Golf Holiday in Vilamoura, Algarve
Had brilliant time ....[Vila Gale Marina] Hotel was lovely, no problems with transfer( only thing maybe was the time we had to wait for shuttle bus one day was 45 minutes) apart from that, great. golf courses fine Millennium better than Laguna.
We probably booking again with you guys. Thanks very much

Golf Holiday in Vilamoura, Algarve
With regard to my recent golf holiday in the Algarve I provide the following observations.
Accommodation [at Vilamoura Beach Hotel]: generally fine but as we've previously communicated nowhere near a 5* complex. The age profile of the hotel was an issue and perhaps this needs to good however the bathrooms and the showers in particular need some investment.
The public areas were very clean and access to the beach and Marina was good.
Transfers: From Airport to hotel excellent - drivers waiting for us and very courteous.
The transfers to and from golf were less efficient and very little flexibility or understanding given to the logistics of a large group. As you know there were 18 golfers and the minibus would generally only take 8 at a time. This meant that there were occasions where some members of the group were 30 - 40 minutes later in getting to the course or back to the hotel…! This meant we had to leave for the courses earlier than planned and wait until everyone had arrived.
Golf Courses: The 3 courses: Pinhal, Millenium and in particular the Old Course were superb. Plenty of buggies but a lot of the group commented on the price of them (50 euro per buggy) particularly where we saw several adverts for 'special June deals' i.e. 2 x golfers plus buggy for 70 to 80 euros. The après golf was a little disappointing as none of the courses provided a breadth of choices for food.
With regard to Vilamoura Marina itself we had a 'ball' with plenty of choices for food and drink.
Weather: Fantastic…!
Administration: yet again you and your colleagues provide an excellent service and please convey my thanks to all involved.
I will be booking an overseas trip again next year and I'd be keen to here about any suggestions you have. We'll probably skip Vilamoura next year to have a change and I'd welcome some help on alternatives and indicative costs.
Kind regards, Jeremy Nesbitt, Wales. June 2008.

The golf courses we played were excellent. We have played them all before but all were in very good condition and everyone was very pleased with their condition. There was no complaints from anyone. Villitania is maturing now as a new course and was in particularly good condition and challenging. Alenda and La Finca are always in great condition. I took the honours (and money) over the five days which completed my holiday and paid for my drinks.
Thanks for you help with the bookings which as usual went smoothly. Will be in touch again next year.

Golf near Benidorm
Everything went well with the golf both courses [Villaitana Levante & Villaitana Poniente] played well although some holes on the par 62 were a little to short. I don’t think we will play this one again. We only played those courses because we did not want to hire 2 cars, the courses were only a 15 euro taxi ride from our hotel. We will need to rethink the courses we play next time and we will use Course Masters Golf to book whatever courses we decide to play. thanks again for the service you provided pity you couldn’t do anything about the thunderstorms.

Golf in Islantilla, Spain
The [Islantilla Golf Resort] hotel, [Islantilla Golf] course and food were great and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. On the negative side the course was sold as 27 holes when in fact 9 holes were closed for the duration and we had to play the same 18. On the car rental side Auto Jardim car rental staff were by far the most unpleasant people I've ever had to deal with.
Aside from those niggles it was great, many thanks.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
We had a good time at Rio Real it was refreshingly straight forward after playing Monte Mayor the day before. The course was in good condition and the greens true but not too fast. There were a couple of quirky holes if you haven't played before especially the 10th dogleg right which was pure guesswork as to where the fairway is. Thanks for your help in setting things up and we'll be sure to use your services if we're in Europe again.
Best Regards, Tim Edmunds.

Golf in Costa Blanca, Spain
We had a very nice holiday on the golf courses in Spain. And we were welcome everywhere we were. We had some trouble with our Danish handicap certificate, because it is electronic. Our handicap is not written on the card. But we phoned our club in Denmark and they forwarded it by fax. It was only in Oliva Nova Golf Club they asked for it. The other places they just saw the card. We will come back to you the next time we will play abroad. Thank you for a well booked program. We can so much recommend El Bosque Golf Club and La Sella. Oliva Nova is more an ordinary course.
Kind regards,Hans Moeslund. Denmark. May 2008.

We’ve had a great time in Vilamoura. The courses [Victoria, Millennium & Pinhal] as always were fantastic. The transfers fro the airport to hotel were on time and transfers to courses from hotel were good, but we didn’t realize we had to book these at the hotel reception 24 hours in advance, and had to get a cab one of these days. The [Vilamoura Beach] hotel was lovely and worked out well, but for a 5 star, it is getting shabby and is apparently going to have a refurbish this year. Beer was expensive at 4.50 euros a pint, 2.00 euros at our friends hotel Dom Pedro. But overall it was a great trip.
Malcom Snow. May 2008

Just back from a fabulous time in Cyprus. I have played the 3 courses [Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley & Tsada] before and found them all in excellent condition, however the country is in dire need of water and all the fairways are bone dry. We found Tsada and Secret valley excellent value for money especially at the 19th hole. We had Sunday lunch at Secret Valley for 15 euros and for that we had a 3 course meal from a carvery, strongly recommend this to any golfer. we intend to return next year and will be using your service again.
Len Fox. Kent. May 2008.

Golf on San Roque New, El Chaparral & Monte Mayor
We did enjoy them all, Monte Mayor was our favorite, not just the course but the people there are always very pleasant, also I have enjoyed dealing with you and your company.

Pestana Palm Gardens, Carvoeiro, Algarve
Thanks for the nudge, once again we had a great time at Pestana, the [Palm Gardens] resort as usual was immaculate, the courses [Gramacho, Pinta & Silves] were possibly the best we have seen them. Everything went without a hitch, thanks mainly to the efforts of you and your team. The only query is that you did not make a very good job of the weather it was WELL BELOW average. But hey you pay your money and take your chance. We are thinking next year maybe Florida or perhaps Cyprus. I don't know if it is possible for you to give me quotes this early, but any information would be helpful. Thanks once again for everything this year and look forward to hearing from you regarding next.
Best Regards Neil Kilgannon. UK. May 2008

Castelgandolfo Resort, Rome
The tee off times were not a problem and the afternoon tee off's actually meant we got the best weather of the day.
With regard the hotel we were disappointed that there was not more to do at the [Castelgandolfo] hotel as there isn't really anything local. Also, the bar closed at 7.30pm which meant we couldn't go out for a meal and then return for a nightcap! The [Castelgandolfo] course was fine but could have been better. The bunkers were in poor condition and lacked any depth of sand + some of the tee off areas were a bit rough/uneven. Overall a good experience.

Golf holiday to Costa Blanca
We had a wonderful golf holiday in the Costa Blanca.
The Campomar Hotel was as we expected for a three star hotel, the food was good and enough of it, and the hotel was clean and neat.
The room service was excellent as we got new and fresh towels every day, but I like to start a new day by taking a shower.
The car was waiting for us, clean and almost new and suited us very well with its big boot that could handle all our big luggage.
Every tee-time was as planned [Villamartin , La Finca, La Serena, La Marquesa & Las Ramblas], and we got excellent service at the Ramblas golf when we decided to change tee-time from saturday to friday. We are very pleased with your service - and we are happy to recommend it to other golfers.

Golf in Turkey
Just got back from our week in Turkey yesterday and thought I'd send you my
thoughts on the courses I played. Overall I was really impressed with what was
on offer. 3 of the 4 i played were in first class condition with the
Sultan being the pick of the bunch. And driving past the National I was really
hacked off that I couldn't get on - it looked beautiful. So here you go:
1. Sultan - This was by far the best course of the four I played. Was
very impressed by the standard of this course. The layout, the challenge,
the views, condition etc...were all excellent !! True risk/reward golf at its
best. Only gripe was the speed of the greens - they could have been a bit
quicker. We played it off the gold tees - approx 6500yds - far enough for
holiday golf! The par 3's no's 2 and 17 were really beautiful holes and the
last 3 holes provide a very tough finish - 18th is a cracking hole.
2. Nobilis - This too is a cracking little layout. I choose to play it from the
whites as of the yellows would have been a little short. Very enjoyable 18
holes but again I found the greens too slow - they looked quick but you
really had to hit them.
3. Pasha - Similar condition to the Sultan but a little more open and not
as difficult. Again played this off the whites as too short of the yellows.
Same story with the greens here too.
4 - Kaya Eagles - Didn't really enjoy this one at all. Not sure if it was
because it was my 4th round in a row and had already plaid the best
courses - so maybe I was thinking that anything else wasn't up too scratch.
It wasn't for me and the greens were really slow.
I definitely will be paying a visit to Turkey again for a golf holiday.
Rgds

Thanks for everything. We played Oliva Nova today and it is in great condition.

Quinta do Gramacho Golf Resort, Carvoeiro, Portugal
Everything was great, Slight problem on arrival in as much as both bedrooms in the villa booked by Course Master only had double beds. The guys are friendly but not that friendly. Anyway is was no problem as the people at Gramacho moved us to us a 3 bed villa which had singles in two of the bedrooms and a double in the remaining bedroom. All without any additional charges.

Golf in Costa Blanca
EL BOSQUE - A certain golf magazine rated this course the 5th best in
Spain and it is easy to believe. I have probably played the course 20
times in the last 15 years and, with one exception, it has always been
in perfect condition. The course is a fair challenge and, unless you
lose your ball in water (easily done!), you have a good chance of
finishing with the ball you started with.
The course can only be played Monday to Friday but is generally very
quiet - I suppose the location must put most golf tourists off. It is
set in a very attractive location and the players first view of the
course as they arrive is enough to take your breath away, the clubhouse
being elevated and the entire course laid out below you.
Your deal of 65 euros a round if you play twice in a week is excellent
and one we will take up again.
This is my second favourite course in the region. El Saler, just south
of Valencia, was voted the second best course in Spain in the same golf
magazine (see above) but is 90+ euros a round - too much. Please
negotiate a better deal for us!
LA SELLA, DENIA - Not in the same league as El Bosque but an excellent
course all the same. Again the course was in excellent condition
although greens were not at the usual standard due to excessive rainfall
earlier in the month. This is a very attractive setting with, in my
opinion, the best clubhouse of all the courses we play - even though it
is 15 years old!
The course put itself well and truly on the golfing map by hosting a
major European ladies event in April with the pros singing the praises
of the course and the wonderful 5 star Marriott hotel that adjoins.
LA FINCA (SOUTH OF ALICANTE) - We have played this course a few times
now and it is almost in the same league as El Bosque - a lack of proper
clubhouse facilities badly lets it down. At some time in the near
future they are hoping to hold major events here. The greens were not
up to standard again due to excessive rain (some of which fell while we
were there) although the greens "held" and were true.
In summary we will be back to play all three at some point in the not to
distant future!
Regards. Alan Pratt, Hampshire, May 2008.

Golf holiday to Vilamoura, Algarve
Thank you for your email. We all thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and all the
arrangements were perfect. Thank you. One point - small I know - but the [Vila Gale Marina]
hotel would not allow us to book the transport for the Golf the previous
evening, so someone had to go down each morning, very early, to book the
transport. Anyway that's only a very minor comment and we all very much
enjoyed the experience, so much so that we are considering returning next
year! Thanks again for all your help and for the very efficient
organization.
David Thomson, U.K. May 2008

Our break was a great success again so Thank You for your part in the arrangements. The Marina Portals was again very good - accommodation very satisfactory and position ideally close to good Restaurants and Bars for our 'apres golf. The golf itself was extremely good on all courses. The courses we chose were much better than the ones we played before (Sana Ponza, Pontiente and Bendinat which were very much overplayed) and we would recommend them to anyone.  The order of preference (after very tight voting) for our group was
1 Son Mutaner
2 Son Termens
3 Andratx
4 Puntiro
5 Son Vida.

As a matter of interest could you give me an idea of the difference between your prices to play these courses and what one might expect to pay walking in off the street. I have been praising your prices locally but find it hard to convince people you are cheaper.
Thank You again for all your help. I will be in contact again next year as the boys are already wanting to know where we are going!!!
Regards,Liam Kearney. Northern Ireland. May 2008.

Thanks for all your help, everything worked perfectly. I don't know whether you want feedback or not ! but here it is anyway !!!!......
La Cala - Tough course, accuracy off the tee essential - Buggy a must !!!! on 16th (?) walk from Green to next Tee al least 800 meters uphill !!!!!.......
La Quinta - Excellent condition, walkable
San Roque - Excellent course and in very good condition, Buggy included
Atalaya Old - Good course and in good condition, very pleasant, walkable
Rio Real - Very disappointing, same price as Torrequebrada and no comparison, the worst course by a mile of the six we played so seriously overpriced !! Walkable.
Front nine some very poor holes, back nine nice layout but some fairways in very poor condition, but good greens overall.
Torrequebrada - Very good course and in excellent condition, Buggy recommended.

I hope maybe in August at some stage to go for long week-end again
so will be back onto you.
If you have any special deals involving golf etc in Portugal or Spain keep
me posted.
Thanks again for everything.

Golf holiday to Vilamoura, Algarve
I was going to contact you anyway because we had such a great
time. The courses [Victoria, Millennium, Old, & Vilsol] were all spot on. We ended up playing the Old
Course
twice.
The shuttles were a bit hit and miss sometimes and we very
nearly missed our tee time on one occasion even though we had
pre booked it over an hour before.
But apart from this we are all looking forward to the next one,
so any good offers come along let me know. We may even have
another one later this year. Thank you very much.
Steve Guy UK. May 2008.

Golf holiday to Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal
The holiday could not have went any smoother. Auramar Hotel was excellent, bus and driver, even better, and all golf courses [Millennium, Victoria, Pinhal & Old], superb. there was 18 of us and everyone was delighted with price and package ,next year we will do a scottish trip and the following year we will be back .
i will sent you our plans next year for 2010 ,thanks Casey for a smooth holiday ,i don’t suppose you could do anything about my golf .
take care and THANK YOU
Peter Haggarty, Scotland, May 2008.

Golf holiday in Vilamoura
Our expectations of the Vila Gale Ampalius hotel were higher than the actual standard but I suppose that's to be expected along the Med. I haven't traveled in Europe for a long time and the 4 star rating can't compare to US or Caribbean standards. Hotel location was great, the suite was good size and facilities were good although not child friendly.
I'd recommend the hotel to golfers traveling to Vilamoura but for a family holiday I'd go to Tivoli Marina (which has just been renovated) or rent a villa.   Thanks for your help
Best regards
Eamon Crowe, Ireland, May 2008.
Ps transfer service was excellent ... on time, clean, efficient and had child seats.

Golf in the Algarve
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We weren't in the Vila Gale Marina Hotel much but it was perfectly fine.....we do though prefer the Ampalius as we get the apartment style rooms which sleep 4 over 2 floors and give us more room.
The courses [Vale do Lobo Royal, Pinhal, Old & Victoria] were all in great shape and everything ran very well. The one thing i would mention was on the Weds we had a 6:15 pick up for Quinta Do Lago 8:08 tee and even the driver wondered why it was so early - he thought it was a typing error as it only took about 20 mins to get there.
Ciaran Rowe, U.K. May 2008.

Golf in Costa Blanca
Seems a long time ago now but yes we had a reasonable time.
Firstly can I thank your colleague Emma who kindly got our tee time at Roda re-arranged because of the inclement weather on the day we were due to play.
Comments on the courses
Villa Martin - in good condition enjoyed that one again.
El Plantio - another very nice track in good condition
Roda - excellent course well presented
Hacienda de Alamo - the most expensive and the least enjoyable. Not in very good condition and seemed not ready to be played on.
Alenda - only managed to play the first 6 holes as the course was closed at that point for Thunder and lightning!!!! My friend who played with us and has a place out there did get a credit note which he can use in the future.
From an administration point of view everything was spot on thank you. We will be returning next year so if you have any mailshots about courses please bear me in mind
Regards Grahame Cole, U.K. May 2008

Golf in Scotland
The entire trip was fabulous, and without a drop of rain (we all had extra rain gear etc.) !! The nicest course was Kingsbarns - just gorgeous.....would play it in a minute again, and all 8 agreed that it was the best. We did get onto the Old Course, on a warm and sunny day. What a great experience. We heard that it was "OK" and that fame made it what it is, but actually we enjoyed the course and the many double greens. Walking up hole 18 with a guy playing the bagpipes in the distance was almost too much......a lifelong memory.
Gleneagles was a treat at the end - what a resort!! The courses are very nice but we are used to inland courses so it did not have the 'wow' factor, but the package we had could NOT be beat....
The B&B's at Carnoustie were fine....again we had great weather for the round and fun with the older caddies. Another great course !!
Turnberry was a super start to the trip and the course as wonderful as ever, and tough on an overcast and cool windy day. The hotel is old world nice in a spectacular setting on the hill - too bad we only had the day there as the Ayr area has many great courses.
I hope the feedback helps. Thanks again for your help for part of this trip and contact me if you want any information.
We look forward to the next, yet to be determined, project with you!
Cheers, Doug Harris, Canada. May 2008

Golf in Costa del Sol
We enjoyed our golf holidays although I didn't play very well:-). Finca Cortesin was a good experience. Very kind and friendly staff and a super service. Course was in good condition, and I am glad that you gave me opportunity to change the course because off provinsional green. Torrequebrada as usuall.... Very good course, but the staff can certainly learn something from Finca cortesin. Club sandwich in restaurant best in the world:-)
Next time we go to Costa Del Sol I sure will use coursemaster again.

Golf near Rome, Italy
Thank You - we had a fantastic time in Italy.
The Castlegandolfo Hotel was very nice. Basically all 2 bed apartments really with a lovely balcony on each.
Very Clean and Tidy and very quiet being on a private Estate.
The only thing was that the Clubhouse was only open Sunday, Monday and Friday night for Dinner/bar.
(Open every day for lunch but only does dinner the 3 nights)
So if you wanted dinner or a few drinks you would either have to buy some food/beer and have it on the balcony or get a cab out to Castlegandolfo or Rome itself to go out.
We mainly just bought some beverages back to our Apartment and relaxed on the balcony.
This wouldn't suit everyone however. Other than this I would advise Castgandolfo Hotel...food was also fabulous when open!
The Golf Courses [Eucalyptus, Castelgandolfo, Parco dei Medici & Marco Simone] were absolutely fabulous. Most people I told in Ireland here that we were going to Rome on a golfing trip
Though it unusual as it is not a known Golf Destination.
Well, I can tell you Tracey it was fabulous. The Parco De Medici course was the finest course I have ever played.
And as you know I played Victoria and the Old Course in Villamoura last year!
The CastleGandolfo course is in the most beautiful setting.....scenery is fabulous...
That's it really....I would Recommend Rome to anyone...
Robert Hynes. May 2008.

Everything was perfect as usual and the golf [on Santa Clara, San Roque Old & Finca Cortesin] was great. I am down in spain in july and will give you a buzz when i am down there and you can make my bookings if that suits you
regards, Paul Hennebry. May 2008.

Golf holiday in Costa Blanca
Thanks for your e-mail, the two best golf courses we played were La Finca and Roda, both were excellent courses with superb facilities. The La Marquesa however was not very impressive and I would not recommend.
The [La Zenia] hotel was fine and had all the basic requirements, although there was no separate bar if you did not want to be subjected to ear splitting music!
Regards,Roger Jelley. Surrey. May 2008.

Islantilla Golf Resort, Spain
I will thank you for this golf holiday, it was fantastic the [Islantilla Golf Resort] hotel very good, the staff nice, car hire waiting at the airport and the [Islantilla] golf course was very good. I enjoyed the holiday and will be there at the same time next year, thanks for all.
Oli Mar Gudmundsson. Iceland. May 2008.

Golf holiday in Costa del Sol
We had a great time thanks.
We only had to wait once for our transfer bus and the drivers were pleasant and helpful. The first 2 courses [El Paraiso & Atalaya Old] were pretty good but La Quinta was excellent and made the other 2 look average. There were no electric buggies available for the first course which is an absolute no-no. None of us would dream of using a buggy at home but it's a must on tour.
The [El Fuerte] hotel was very busy due to a big conference at the weekend and there were some lengthy waits at reception and for drinks from the bar (only after giving one of the barmen a 50 euro back-hander did the service improve), but otherwise we were really pleased. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable and an excellent breakfast was served in a lovely patio area to the back of the hotel.
We'll be contacting you soon about a different venue for next year. The guys from the states want to see as much of Europe as possible so I'll get my thinking cap on.
Thanks for all your help. We certainly can't fault the level of service from your office for the last two tours.
Paul Calder, Currie. April 2008.

Golf in Turkey
Both the Sueno [Pines & Dunes] courses were in absolutely tremendous condition and we all thoroughly enjoyed playing them. We did have a problem however with the transfers from the hotel as the carrier did not turn up in time for us on the Friday, however we managed to get taxis to take us there and just made our tee off times. The carrier did turn up after we completed our round to take us back to the hotel and he also reimbursed me for the taxi fare.
Thanks for your assistance, Jock Skillen. April 2008.

Golf holiday in Costa del Sol
The holiday was great, the weather was amazing and the courses where in fantastic condition (just hard). My only concern was the accommodation [at Cortijo Blanco], the rooms where very basic compared to some of the hotels we have stayed in, and the food was very average.  My room in particular had dirty walls and broken drawers in the wardrobe.
We will however use your booking service again in the future but maybe specify another hotel.
Thank you again for you hard work arranging all our tee times and buggies etc and I will look forward to speaking to you again soon.
Regards Howard Short. April 2008.

Golf holiday in Costa Blanca
I was intending to write and express our thoughts about the holiday and your email has prompted me to make our thoughts known. Firstly, if I say that everything you did for us went extremely smoothly and could not be faulted - really. We arrived in Alicante very late on 20th but everything went well, from car hire to arriving at the hotel and finding a cold buffet awaiting us - great. Incidentally the car that we had resembled a van with windows but in fact it was extremely practical and useful with four golf bags in tow. Maybe a slightly more luxurious vehicle would have been a little better, even if charging more for it. Don't take that as a complaint as our experiences will only offer fond memories of our stay. The [Campomar Hotel] rooms were clean, adequate and again practical for golfers. The staff at the hotel were excellent and we can only praise their help, efficiently and above all ' humour' at all times. They were absolutely fabulous. Seldom do you come across such willing and helpful people in wanting to do the best for their guests. I would give the reception staff 10/10. Food was of high quality with plenty of variety. The golf bookings [at La Finca, La Serena, La Marquesa, Villamartin & Las Ramblas] were fine and as we were punctual everything went according to plan. Probably the only very slight disappointment we experienced was the condition of 'Villamartin' e.g. On-course signage (general directions etc) which in many cases were not existent, lack of warning bells etc,(only one warning bell on the course).Considerable time was spent walking towards greens that could not be seen for second shots. A general disinterest towards visitors. Course, club facilities etc poor and unkept. Las Ramblas was the reverse, with a starter who also doubled as a course Marshall giving good advice and instruction prior to commencement of play. My only moan but it may just help somebody? Thanks Kerrie for the time and effort into making a great week for us. Let 'Villamartin' know that they owe us at least a free game of golf when we come again.
Yours very sincerely, Geoff Maiden. Shropshire. April 2008.

Golf in Tuscany, Italy
I was going to contact you soon to say that the courses were just fantastic.
Le Pavoniere: we have played golf in many countries but this by common consent was the most beautiful golf course we had ever played, and tough as well.
Poggio dei Medici: My personal favorite but then I had my 2 best rounds there !!
Another stunning layout and superb facilities.
Montecatini: An acquired taste. Amazing setting, fabulous countryside and views but you certainly need a buggy
Ugolino: Again very hilly in parts. Amazing setting again but 4 very weak holes in a sort of separate part of the course that just dont fit in with the main track
Thank you for all you help everything went 100% smoothly.
I would say that the courses ( except Ugolino ) were very hard to find and we really wasted a lot of time locating them. More details would have helped. We will be back for more, I am sure.
Alan Lines, UK. April 2008

Golf holiday in Costa Blanca
We had a wonderful golf holiday in the Costa Blanca.
The Campomar Hotel was as we expected for a three star hotel, the food was good and enough of it, and the hotel was clean and neat.
The room service was excellent as we got new and fresh towels every day, but I like to start a new day by taking a shower.
The car was waiting for us, clean and almost new and suited us very well with its big boot that could handle all our big luggage.
Every tee-time [on Villamartin, La Finca, La Serena, La Marquesa & Las Ramblas] was as planned, and we got excellent service at the Ramblas golf when we decided to change tee-time from saturday to friday.
We are very pleased with your service - and we are happy to recommend it to other golfers. Best regards
Jón Bjarni Bjarnason. Iceland. April 2008.

Golf in Rome, Italy
First Castelgandolfo golf course was very a very pleasant experience. However, the course was a little difficult to find. The probably didn't need very many green fee players ( seems to me that all of the players were members). The golf course was not marked on my gps and the roads leading up to it was not recognized either. When widening the scope there were no sign were to find the golf course anywhere ( or at least I didn't see them). I was a little late for my tee time, but the staff was very polite and on Friday there was not many player on the ground so I was allowed to go at once. On Saturday we started very early from the hotel and had a full round in beautiful weather. The solution with the voucher worked perfect and we will recommend your services to all friends and acquaintances playing golf. Once again thank you for your services.
Best regards,
Jon Løland, Norway, April 2008.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday thanks to you and Course Master. Thank you for all your help.

Golf near Murcia, Spain
We have a great time in Spain. Everything was correct [Stayed: Roda Golf Apartments. Played: Roda x 2, El Valle, Mosa & La Serena], and we really enjoy.
Thank you for very good service, and maybe we ask you another time to help us again.
Kind Regards, Ørnulf Bernhardsen, Norway, April 2008

Golf in Rome, Italy
The hotel [Dei Consoli at Frattochie] was a bit disappointing. It was located in the middle of nowhere and of a rather modest standard. Apart from that the golf was fun on the course close by [ Castelgandolfo] , which had very picturesque surroundings and clubhouse. Clearly recommendable. The [Parco dei] Medici club was ok but I guess there are more interesting courses around in the area.
Thank you again for putting so much effort in finding us somewhere to stay in such a short notice.
Kind regards, Bjarne Grogaard, Norway. March 2008.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
We enjoyed our golf in Spain even though our scores didn't reflect our
desires! Los Arqueros was a beautiful course. The course was well
maintained and the facilities were excellent. It was by far the best value.
100 euros was a steal for this day!
Santa Clara was also a beautiful course. It too was well maintained and had
beautiful facilities. The only downside to this course was that several
fairways ran parallel and we sometimes had to wait for other golfers whose
shot had landed on our fairway. It too was an excellent value at 130 euros.
Although we didn't book through Course Masters we played Calanova. Prior to
booking with Course Masters I found a special rate on the Calanova web site
which was less than the Course Masters rate. In the end Calanova raised the
price between our time of booking and actual play so we ended up paying 140
euros.
Calanova is only 2 years old and the fairways and greens have not matured.
It certainly did not match Los Arqueros or Santa Clara. There was a lack of
knowledgeable staff and no starter. The pro was very nice but was trying to
manage, marshal, supervise ground staff and greet golfers. We felt it was
very overpriced considering what we found at Los Arqueros and Santa Clara.
Thank you for your assistance and should we travel to a location Course
Masters serves we will certainly book again through you.
Regards, Karen Hutchison

Golf in Cyprus
Our rounds of golf [ on Aphrodite Hills & Secret Valley] in Cyprus were great! The only comment I will make is that we intend to go back to Cyprus but found the rounds very expensive - can you tell me if there are any cheaper deals to be had such as playing later in the day? Also we would like to play Tsada next time - is that cheaper? Many thanks.

Vilamoura Beach Hotel, Algarve, Portugal
Thanks, everything went superb. Weather was not all that kind to us for the first few days, but fine after that.
We found the staff at the [Old, Millennium & Victoria] courses very good, as we could not play on our first day because of the the rain, but they managed to reorganize or game at a later date. Superb.
Thanks again and speak to you again.
Kind regards, John and Anne Mackenzie. April 2008. Scotland.

Dom Pedro Golf Hotel, Algarve, Portugal
Everything went very smoothly.
Thanks again for your help. Look forward to booking with you again soon.
Robert Armstrong. Scotland.

Praia del Rey Golf and Beach Resort, Silver Coast, Portugal
Everything were at 100% perfect, also including the weather for golf, we only used our umbrellas for two holes during this week.
We would like to come back to you for another trip somewhere! Do you only arrange trips for golf ? Please give your reply.
Kind regards, Lennart and Eva Norling.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
Firstly just want to say that everything went smoothly and thanks for your, as always, excellent service.
Rio Real- If being over critical I would say that the fairways were in poor condition and as every other year we have played here it was particularly slow (5 hours +) but overall everyone enjoyed the golf.
La Quinta- This was the first time we played here and everyone gave it a 10/10, we played the A & B courses, excellent condition and some fantastic holes, we were told that buggies were advisable but everyone in the group had no problem walking it. Also great food in the clubhouse afterwards. You may want to pre warn any of your customers going here to be very careful getting there, although it is only 10 mins from Puerta Banus it is very easy to miss the last turning (sign-posted) for La Quinta and if you do miss it (as we did) you end up on the toll road and it is 15 mins before you get to the next junction to be able to turnaround and 15 mins back.
Los Naranjos- Also in wonderful condition and a great course.
Thanks again, Gareth Davis, South Wales, April 2008.

Parco dei Medici Golf Resort, Rome, Italy
Everything worked out perfect. The [Sheraton Parco dei Medici] hotel was very good and perfect transfer service to Rome city and [Parco dei Medici] golf course was in good condition. Even the weather was good, sunny and warm, so we are very pleased with our stay in Rome.
Regards Lars-Olof Andersson, Sweden. April 2008.

Golf holiday to Platja Pals, Costa Brava, Spain
I´m sorry I haven´t answered you after your nice e-mail about our vacation at the La Costa Villa. We had a wonderful time, and the weather was nice
too. The Villa is a perfect place to stay for two couples. The other bedroom/bathroom is smaller, but it doesn´t matter. Golf courses we played were in good condition, though PGA Catalunya has a huge renovation going on. They are re-building the clubhouse. So we are happy with all our vacations so far, thank you all! We have no idea what to do in October...November when it is cold here. Maybe we´d like to go to USA. Don´t worry, I´ll contact you in time. Have a nice summer.
Ilana Laitervo, Finland March 2008.

Golf in Costa Blanca
Thanks for arranging the golf for our recent trip to Spain.
Here are a few comments on the courses we played.
Las Ramblas:
We have been playing this course for about 5 years (approx 2 or 3 times a year) and it was in the best condition we have ever seen it in. The new greens seem to have settled down and the new cart paths have tidied up the course. Just one problem and that is the time it takes to go round, we had a 5 hour round. This, probably will never change, due to the course being so challenging but if you are not in a hurry it is well worth the green fee.
El Valle:
This is the second time I have played this one. The bunkers on this course provide most of the danger.
The green fee (76 Euros) was good value as we received a buggy and a three course meal. (although the meal had to be taken at La Torre which is approx 2 miles away) We even managed to get round in three and a half hours, as the course was not very busy.
Once again thank you for arranging the golf and I look forward to contacting you in the next few months to book our next trip.
Kind regards, Martyn Jones, U.K. April 2008.

Golf in Rome, Italy
Costantino
was good and Castelgandolfo was very good and Costantino let us play 36 holes on the main course
We are very satisfied.
Kind regards, Anders Lindström, Sweden. April 2008.

Golf in Algarve, Portugal

Everything was excellent, [Vila Gale Cerro Alagoa] hotel top class, golf courses [Pinecliffs, Vale do Lobo, Oceanico - Old, Salgados & Vilasol] were magnificent. Glad we went for the not so popular options and paid a little bit more.
Thanks for all your assistance. Best regards, Mike Black, U.K. April 2008.

Atalaya Park Golf Resort
Many thanks for your email. My sister and I had a really lovely time
in Spain recently. The [Atalaya Park Golf Resort] hotel was, as usual, first class. Thankfully I'm
back playing golf again now that my wrist is ok.
Kindest regards, Anna Cullinane, Ireland. April 2008.

Sol Andaluis Health and Spa Resort, Alhaurin de la Torre
Our trip was great, everything was just like we expected and we enjoyed a lot! One thing that you should change: instructions how to drive to Andalusi hotel. Now instructions are through Alhaurin village. That route has about 8 roundabouts with out any sign where to go and there are very heavy traffic. Much more better and faster route is to drive via A-404 to hotel. I had GPS with me and I have better route saved, please see pic attached. Our route marked as black, your instructions are in red.
Best regards, Tomas Kallstrom. Finland. April 2008.

Golf in Costa Blanca, Spain
We had a nice holiday thanks despite the 70mph winds for a couple of days.
Las Ramblas was a lovely course but almost impossible to play for high handicappers. Fortunately we were all low handicaps so we really enjoyed it. A stroke saver and a buggy a must!
The clubhouse doesn't exist and there are no signs to the caddie masters hut/shop. We were very lucky to bump into a local at 07:45 in the morning who pointed the way.
La Finca was also a lovely course but probably about the easiest course I have ever played on holiday. Some lovely views from some holes.
April is a time to avoid golf in Murcia due to all courses having undertaken maintenance early in the month which made all the greens bumpy. Roda being the exception which was also the nicest course of the 5 we played.
Regards, Ceri Rees. Berkshire. April 2008.

Golf in Algarve, Portugal
Just a short note to thank you for arranging our golf holiday. Everything was fantastic - the [Vila Gale Marina] hotel was very good and we really enjoyed the golf courses [Millennium, -Pinhal, Vilasol & Old.] I am sure we will go again next year and I will be in touch later in the year.
Once again many thanks for all your help.
Jim Carr, South Wales April 2008.

Golf in Algarve, Portugal
Everything was fantastic thanks. We've played Victoria and Vila Sol before
so know what good courses these two are, Pinhal we played for the first time
and we were all very impressed. We've also used Olympus before so know
exactly what to expect - and no disappointments.
The most important detail was that the Northern team won!
Regards, we'll be back for next year!

Alhaurin Golf Resort
We had a great time. The staff at the [Alhaurin Golf Resort] hotel and [Alhaurin] golf course were very helpful. The golf course was in great order. We look forward to our next trip organized thru yourselves.
Regards, Martin & Anette Drain. Ireland. March 2008.

The golf [on PGA Catalunya/ Red & Golf D'Aro] was very good. I will probably contact you again later in the year.

Golf in Marrakech, Morocco
I just thought I would let you know that we had a fantastic holiday, everything went according to plan. The [Le Meridien N’Fis] hotel lived up to expectations, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing the [Royal Marrakech & Golf Amelkis] courses, the caddies were great and all in all we had a wonderful time! Thank you for organizing it.
Best wishes Mary Thorp, U.K. April 2008.

Golf in Costa Blanca
Just a few comments to pass on with regards to our trip to the Costa Blanca last week which I hope will assist others in choosing the courses to play. This was our first time in the Costa Blanca after 13 years of the Costa Del Sol or Algarve and so the courses were chosen at random.
Altoreal was a pleasant track although the greens were not as good as others and the tees in particular can only be described as scrappy. There was also no sand in the bunkers. It was an hours drive from our accommodation and too remote to recommend it to others.
Villamartin was an enigma. The layout is excellent although rather a lot of blind shots both off the tee and into greens (this from a Scotsman). Greens were first class and although the course looked a little shabby you can see efforts are underway to rectify this. I would think that this time next year the course will be in good shape. The clubhouse however was the worst I have ever seen in 24 years of playing golf. Doors hanging off in the locker room, glass on the floor....a complete disgrace. needless to say we did not stay for a drink afterwards let alone something to drink. This needs to be rectified urgently.
La Marquesa was just OK as a course and a little ordinary. There were one or two decent holes and again the greens were in good condition. The clubhouse was again a bit of a shambles although not anywhere near as bad as Villamartin and we ended up using a nearby bar as the 19th.
La Finca... what can I say. This was far and away the best course we played on and is better than any of the courses we played in Costa del Sol. The course was beautifully presented and the greens were excellent. Bunkers and hazards were perfectly sited and there was a really good variety in the hole design although if I was to be picky then there seemed to be a reliance on two tier greens. We all enjoyed this one and it will be the first on the list when we return.
Mosa Trajectum is a strange set up. When we arrived we were told we could not get buggies as they had a big party which had booked them all. We then hardly saw a single other person on the course and those we did see were also walking. We played the Pine and Stone layouts which I was looking forward to as I knew it was a desert style course. The Pine was enjoyable with lots of waste areas if you were off the fairway and an interesting island green par 3 (although a little long for the average golfer at 187 yards). The experience however was ruined when we played the first 6 holes of the Stone course. Whoever designed this should have been shot. Anything that missed the narrow fairways had to be deemed unplayable due to the number of stones (the size you may use in a garden rockery) in the waste areas which were all marked as water hazards. All the greens were surrounded by thick wet sand which made the short game near impossible and all 18 had been hollow cored and sanded. The last three holes were passable but only if you managed to land on the greens. Quite frankly this is the most ridiculous 9 holes I have ever played. What possessed them to use all those stones I have no idea. This one belongs in Disneyland. If we had finished our week here we would never be back.
Roda was our final destination and thankfully was another excellent set up. The front 9 was in slightly better condition than the back 9 and again the greens were excellent. Some really interesting holes with another good island green par 3. Not as long as La Finca or quite as good but well worth playing and the clubhouse was magnificent. The locker rooms were top notch and there were really comfortable seats on the terrace overlooking the course. Nice staff too who seemed to be genuinely interested in your enjoyment.
Thanks again.

Golf in Costa Blanca
The Courses [Alicante, Don Cayo, Bonalba & El Plantio] were superb and we are already planning to return in 2009, at approximately the same time.
We will be in touch again around September and it would be appreciated if you could advise of any recommendations etc in the meantime.
Many thanks, Paul McGeein, April 2008.

Golf holiday to Praia da Rocha, Algarve, Portugal
The holiday was great. Everything was organized very well - no issues. The courses [Alto, Penina Championship, Morgado, Carvoeiro, Gramacho & Pinta] were in very good shape with some challenging bunkers! The Algarve Casino hotel staff were very accommodating. We upgraded to Ocean View rooms after the first night as they were less noisy and we wanted the patio. The car rental was fine - a bit of a challenge to get everything to and from the hotel in one trip but we managed.
Overall, thanks for your service and guidance,

Las Ramblas was the reverse, with a starter who also doubled as a course Marshall giving good advice and instruction prior to commencement of play. My only moan but it may just help somebody? Thanks Kerrie for the time and effort into making a great week for us. Let 'Villamartin' know that they owe us at least a free game of golf when we come again.
Yours very sincerely, Geoff Maiden. Telford Shropshire. April 2008.

Thank you for you assistance, very efficient, will definitely use you again when the opportunity arises again.

Golf holiday to Marbella, Spain
We had a great time thanks.
We only had to wait once for our transfer bus and the drivers were pleasant and helpful. The first 2 courses [Atalaya Old, El Paraiso ] were pretty good but La Quinta was excellent and made the other 2 look average. There were no electric buggies available for the first course which is an absolute no-no. None of us would dream of using a buggy at home but it's a must on tour.
The hotel was very busy due to a big conference at the weekend and there were some lengthy waits at reception and for drinks from the bar (only after giving one of the barmen a 50 euro back-hander did the service improve), but otherwise we were really pleased.
Regards Paul Calder. Currie. April 2008.

The holiday was great, the weather was amazing and the courses [La Quinta, Atalaya New, Monte Mayor & Flamingos] where in fantastic condition (just hard). My only concern was the accommodation [at Cortijo Blanco Hotel], the rooms where very basic compared to some of the hotels we have stayed in, and the food was very average.
April 2008.

Olympus Vilamoura Suites, Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal
Just a short email (belated) to thank you for your help in insuring that our golf trip to Vilamoura in April,
was very successful and enjoyed by all of our group.
Hopefully I will be in contact with you again (God willing) to arrange a similar golf holiday for 2009.
Again, many thanks.
Regards, Sean Glynn. Ireland. April 2008.

Golf holiday to Platja Pals, Costa Brava
I´m sorry I haven´t answered you after your nice e-mail about our vacation
at the La Costa Villa. We had a wonderful time, and the weather was nice
too. The Villa is a perfect place to stay for two couples. The other
bedroom/bathroom is smaller, but it doesn´t matter. Golf courses we played
were in good condition, though PGA Catalunya has a huge renovation going on.
They are re-building the clubhouse. So we are happy with all our vacations
so far, thank you all! We have no idea what to do in October...November when
it is cold here. Maybe we´d like to go to USA. Don´t worry, I´ll contact you
in time. Have a nice summer
Ilana Laitervo, Finland. March 2008.

Golf in Rome
We had a great holiday and both the courses [Castelgandolfo & Roma Acquasanta] and Hotel were very good.
Regards, Richard Smith. March 2008.

Golf in Mallorca
We had a nice trip with some bad weather, the courses [Park Puntiro, Son Vida & Son Antem East] we booked by you where
excellent. We can recommend this courses
We also played at Alcanada booked by our club , the course quality was poor
so at that time of year i would not recommend it.
I think its because of the quality of the irrigation with salt in the water
and the type of grass
Best rgds Per Bjørnstad Norway, March 2008.

Golf in Gran Canaria
Whilst we all had an enjoyable golf trip, sadly I would like to point out
that the [Maspalomas] golf course was no better than an ordinary course in the UK and
would like to emphasize that it was certainly not worth the £60 a round fee
we paid.
Sorry for the negative feedback, but in 5 years of playing golf abroad it
was the worst course I have played.
Anyway, on a positive note, may I thank you for setting everything up for
me.
Many Thanks PHIL HERRING U.K. march 2008.

Golf in Costa Blanca, Spain
Thank you for your email. We had a very enjoyable week in Spain.
The courses were in better condition than in previous years. It is clear
that the owners of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and La Finca have invested a
bit of money on the courses. Villamartin and Las Ramblas have looked
tired in the past, but they were much better this year.
Both La Serena and Roda were as usual very good, although Roda as always
is very slow.
I will be in touch later on in the year to book our trip for 2008.
Regards, Iain McCallum, Scotland. March 2008.

Golf holiday to Algarve, Portugal
We did enjoy our holiday and everything went to plan.
Comments.
1. The Vila Gale Marina hotel although being acceptable was not as good as the Tivoli Almansor in Carveiro that we stayed in last year.
2. We can't speak highly enough of the three courses we played [Millennium, Old Course & Victoria] but especially the Victoria which we intend to play again next year.
3. For the second year running everything went to plan and we will be booking through Course Master again next year.
Regards, Fred Levey U.K. April 2008.

Golf in Costa Blanca
Thanks for organising a great trip for us. The courses were very good
especially El Plantio and Real de Faula. The rooms in the [Poseidon Playa] hotel good,
clean and the all inclusive option meant drink as much as you like!
Overall I have no complaints and was very happy with the service you
provided us with and we will definitely be booking through you guys
again. Thanks again for organising a great trip for us.
Regards Parit Shah. U.K. March 2008.

Golf in Costa Blanca
We had a most excellent week for the initial trip. The weather was fine and every round was completed in about 4 hours, which is something of a record for Spain!
There was absolutely no flaws in your arrangements and our comments on the individual courses are as follows:-
1.El Bosque 11 March - The most enjoyable course with very fast greens. We would have played there on the second trip if we were able. The Club House is a bit difficult to find owing to ongoing construction work and lack of roadside signs.
2.Oliva Nova 12 March - Fairways and surrounds to lakes and bunkers have obviously suffered from last years flooding. Otherwise OK.
3.Foressos 13 March - A very new course which will be greatly improved when it matures. Greens were the best of the week. Location not great - next door to Valencia Prison!
4.Bonalba 15 March - An excellent course which I look forward to playing again in 2 weeks time. Good course marshalling.
Hope that this is useful to you
Best Regards Geoff Bassett. Surrey. March 2008.

Golf in Sotogrande, Spain
Just to let you know that we had a great time playing golf in Spain. The courses (Almenara, Alcaidesa & San Roque) were fabulous and not very busy at this time of year. We were never asked for handicap certificates but I suppose that if you present yourself decently and don't cause delays to other players then they are happy to take the money.
The Almenara hotel was superb with friendly staff. Excellent rooms and a great spa. Of course the prices for extras were 5 star so we ate in the evening in some local restaurants. Whilst we appreciated not being with the tourists on the beach it has to be said that without a car (not a problem to us) you are very limited when staying at this hotel.
Many thanks again for your help in booking everything.
Best regards
Simon Walton, France, March 2008.

Golf holiday in Mallorca, Spain
Holiday Great. Golf courses [Park Puntiro, Pula Golf, Son Muntaner & Son Vida] very good, transfers good except driver to Pula who was not very good. Palma Nova Palace OK, Sol Magulluf below par. On the whole everything went like clockwork. Thanks for you assistance. Contact you next year.
Huw Dixon. UK. March 2008.

Golf in Almeria
We had a very successful week much enjoyed by all members of the group.
The course (Almerimar) was challenging and in good condition, especially the greens. Only slight criticism re the two island holes was that for club standard golfers, it was troublesome, once you got over the water, for the ball to stay on the green. A ribbon of rough round the bottom of the island would have been helpful.
The Almerimar hotel was excellent with helpful, pleasant staff. Transfers to/from the airport were fine. Food was very tasty and plentiful. I would certainly recommend it to other golfers.
Thank you for all your help to make it such a memorable and enjoyable week.
Kind regards Ian Farber, Bedford March 2008

Golf holiday to Cascais
Village Cascais Hotel was very good. Nice room with space, good view, breakfast, employees  were all kind. All golf courses were also  good.  I like Quinta de Oitavos  best. Good course, kind people, good restaurante (they have good Sushi), a staff cleaned up our golf clubs after the play.
Rent-a-car company has no problem. Just problem was unfortunately we had flat tire and it was not covered by insurance. We had to pay 223 euro for one damaged tire.
The weather was not so good, windy, rain, and somehow cold though we had several good days.     I want to visit again when it is hot. Play fee, hotel with breakfast, rent-a-car that cost 750 euro is very good.   I hope I can have a package of you some time soon in the future.  Thanks a lot.
R.Kurosawa  Spain, March 2008

Alhaurin Golf Resort, Costa del Sol
The Alhaurin Golf Resort hotel was in line with its 4 stars, clean, the room was large enough,
facilities also ok. The restaurant served good food, breakfast good level.
Car was nissan micra, almost new, no problems, but service when getting the
car was not the best I´ve seen. What I don´t like is the hidden rent when you
have to pay 60 Euros for fuel and leave the the car tank empty when returning,
I just don´t like it.
The [Alhaurin] golf course is demanding, but in very good condition, we enjoyed.
Best Regards

Sao Rafael Suite Hotel, Algarve, Portugal
Just back, had a good break. Everything well organized, so thank you again, rooms and facilities excellent.
The Sao rafael Suite hotel was relatively new, worth its 5 stars, rooms and facilities excellent.
The Golf courses Oceanic Victoria, Very Good 8/10
Salgado Average 5/10
Monte Rei Excellent  10/10
Palmares Average  5/10
Vale de Lobo Royal Very Good 7/10
Car Hire No Problems.

Golf in Marbella, Costa del Sol
Accomodation [at Benabola Aparthotel] was perfect for us.
Close to all amenities and nightlife.
Transfers were fine once we knew where the uplift was and the coach itself luxurious.
[La Quinta] Golf course was good and food in clubhouse was also good,
Next time we're considering Dubai,
Regards Bobby Hamilton, Glasgow, March 2008.

Golf in Lagos, Algarve
We had a fantastic time and it went perfectly. The Tivoli [Lagos] hotel, car and golf were excellent. I would highly recommend the Boavista course to any of your future customers who are staying in the Lagos region, as well as the Tivoli hotel.
Accommodation very clean, free snooker & pool and the indoor pool was very good. It was in very close proximity to a couple of bars and restaurants. Great choice.

Golf holiday at Platja Pals, Costa Brava
We had a pleasant holiday in Spain except the weather. Everything was OK. The apartment [at Golf Apartments Beach & Golf resort] was perfect. A large living room with a marvellous view over the see. Thank you for good service and we hope we will come back.
Kind Regards Anita Ahlstrom, Sweden, March 2008. .

Golf in Costa del Sol
Thanks, we had a great time, although I was quite poorly with a temperature and chest infection for the first 3 days which spoit things for me a bit. Your services were again excellent, everything ran smoothly and we were welcomed at all the courses. Alhaurin: Outstanding! Course in great condition, stunning location and not over busy. We were not rushed at all.
I would suggest 18 as a maximum handicap as this is a tough course with very little to aim at most of the time. The group felt this was the best course of the week.
Estepona: Played this last year and we all wanted to go back again however we were disappointed. The condition was poor, it had suffered badly from heavy rain which exposed inadequate drainage.
Monte Mayor: My favourite, utterly stunning setting and the course was in great condition although the tee boxes did not match the quality of the fairways or greens. The level of attention we received from staff was unparallelled anywhere. Again maximum 18 handicap as this was tough golf.
Parador Old: Pleasant easy course, not in the same league as the others but a easy finish to the week.
Thanks again for your services.
Regards Martin. Buckinghamshire March 08

Golf in Costa del Sol
Santa Clara excellent facilities good golf course
Estepona Average course average facilities
Santana Poor Golf Shop & Changing facilities Great course and service on the course,SB
SB comments sum up our tour party overall opinion on the courses we played. Santana was definitely the best Course and one we would book again.

Golf in Marbella, Costa del Sol
Just returned home from Spain Today(Friday 4th April), everything went very smoothly, the Car Hire, Accomodation [Park Plaza Suites] ,Excellent weather & Good golf courses, we played Santa Clara(Loved it), Marbella Country Club (OK),Torrequebrada (Loved it), La Reserva (Fabulous), Almenara (Very tough, but Very Nice) and Valderrama(the name speaks for itself) with Valderrama been the pick of the bunch,
we all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday & would like to thank you for making all run so well, I'll be recommending you to friends of mine who would like to plan a golf holiday, plus your already added to my favourites list on my PC, so more than likely i'll be dealing with you again.
Point to note for yourself, recommend that anyone playing the Marbella Country Club advise them to hire buggies, we walked it (the way we like playing golf)on our second day we were wrecked after it, it's a very long walk on a very hilly course, but apart from that a great week, Thank you.

Golf in Cyprus
Apologies for the delay in responding. In terms of the arrangement everything went without a hitch and we teed up at Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills as planned .
As regards the courses: Secret Valley - Greens not in great shape, patchy grass, rutted and lots of GUR plus the fairways were also very dry. The course itself very tight and very challenging for a high handicapper.
Aphrodite Hills - Superb! Course in great condition and visually stunning. Still a test but not nearly as tight as Secret Valley. A chap even came round with a cold towel after 10 holes which was also a nice touch.
In both cases changing room, restuarant facilities were very good.
I own a property in Cyprus and will be heading back from the 20th to the 25th of March and looking to play 3-4 rounds (with a friend).
Are there any bulk green-fee offers available for that period at Aphrodite?
Kind Regards, Nick. March 2008

Golf in Cyprus
Many thanks for the e-mail. Had a great time in Cyprus and the golf reservations [Aphrodite Hills & Secret Valley] were all OK. We only played Secret valley once as the course was in poor condition, very scruffy and the greens were the slowest I have played on for many a year. There is a water shortage and it shows. Apart from that all the staff and green keepers etc were very friendly and we did enjoy our trip. Should we return I would check out Secret valley first before booking but I do know last years Captain so could contact him.
I am just arranging a golf trip to Scotland for the boys so do not expect a lack of water up there.
Many thanks for all your help and I look forward to arranging future trips with you.
Many thanks Andy Hopkins, U.K., March 2008.

Golf holiday to Morocco
The Le Meridien N’Fis hotel was fine and the Concierge was most helpful. The hotel was a little bit outside the main town - a twenty minute walk away and we would probably choose to stay within the city walls if we were to go again. We were very impressed with the transport arrangements to and from the hotel and golf courses. It was all very efficiently arranged. The golf courses (Amelkis, Royal de Marrakech) were both good with ample facilities.

Great time in Estoril, Portugal
No comments from your side - everything went well for the golf [Quinta da Marinha, QDM Oitavos, Praia d’el Rey, Belas Clube, Penha Longa] and accommodation [Vila Gale Estoril] and we had a great time.
What didn't go so well was our flight arrangements via Terminal 5 in Heathrow - no clubs or luggage !!
Some of the crew still don't have any luggage from the way over!!!
We'll need to fly with someone else next year!
Best regards,Alan Gristwood, U.K. March 2008

Golf in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol
thank you . [Las Palmeras] hotel was brilliant , our flight had to stop in toulouse cos someone was ill . we would like to thank you and your colleagues for helping us put the tee time back by an hour at Santana .

i will be in touch again soon  to book our usual october trip . once again thank you .

Golf in Belek, Turkey
Once again I had a enjoyable week playing golf. I had no problem with the transfer, the Sueno Hotel was very good and so was the golf courses [Sueno Dunes & Pines]. Even the weather was excellent except for one day with very strong wind. The only minus was that this hotel is expensive. And the fact that you had to walk 45 min. or pay a taxi 9 euros to drive 10 min. to visit the nearest shops in Belek. You felt a little isolated. But I played golf 6 times and used the driving range and putting green which both was directly outside the hotel. Hole 9 and 18 on both Pines and Dunes courses could be watched from the hotel bar outside while taking a beer.
The next week my wife and I spent at the Pegasus World Hotel in Side doing some sightseeing, shopping, having Turkish bath and just relaxing. Unfortunately the weather was not so good, but we still had a good time.
Kind Regards Kjell Ulverud. March 2008.

Golf holiday in Algarve, Portugal
Just wanted to thank you for your organization of our golf trip to Portugal
last week. All of the group had a very enjoyable holiday which ran very
smoothly thanks to you. I am sure we will be contacting you again in the
future to arrange our next trip - among the places that were up for
discussion were Myrtle Beach, South Africa or Thailand.
From my own point of view as leader of the group I have found that your very
professional service, for a pretty demanding group, was of the highest order
which in turn allowed us all to have a very enjoyable holiday.
Again thanks for you help and if you're ever visiting our part of the world
let me know and I'll arrange a complimentary game of golf for you at our
local course.
Thanks and regards,

Golf holiday in Platja D'Aro, Costa Brava, Spain
I have just returned from our golfing break. Everything went perfectly. I
have to especially compliment our driver for the few days. He was always
there early and never minded having to wait for us. He was extremely
accommodating.
The [Silken Park San Jorge] hotel and [PGA Catalunya, Emporda & Platja Pals] golf courses were great and you even organized great weather also.
Thanks again for all your help, and if you need references in future, please
do not hesitate to ask.
I will be in touch about a similar trip next year.

Just a note to thank you for making our trip stress free. Cars were waiting and excellent, [Alicante, Bonalba, Real de Faula Levante, La Sella & Alenda] Golf courses were ready and waiting for us with no hassle. I will be in contact for a total package perhaps next year but will recommend you to any one who wants to have a good trip

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
Glad you mailed me as I was just about to contact you, Yes we had a brill time all the courses were in great conditon (Monte Mayor, El Paraiso, Almenara and La Quinta). we have yet, (in all the times we have used you) to find a bad course, lets hope it continues.
Our flight on the 31st was late arrriving at Malaga due to very high winds in the UK by approx 3 hours which meant we would arrive at el Paraiso late and only would be able to do approx 6-7 holes. From the airport I contacted them and explained our predicament and asked them if we could play on the 2nd Feb instead To our surprise they said ok and when we arrived they looked after us well, they could quite easily have not let us play. Not only did they let us play, as I have said, but did not charge us any more money for the inconvenience and in a more expensive price period, this we thought was admirable as well as good business, as we would all to a man go back again. The [Cortijo Blanco] hotel was good (better in fact than Gardenia Park ) the rooms basic but adequate. The food was sufficient for our needs and well presented and supplied us with packed lunches for our golf days. The car hire (citroen Berlingo)never ceases to amaze me how much you can get in such a compact car but What the car hire company has started to do this year is to charge an extra 10 euros for an extra driver over one and an extra 10 euros for the car being Diesel, with this in mind we have to pay 69 euros for the fuel and return empty ( but who does ) ,so to recap, we paid 10 euros per car for diesel, which is more economical, only to return all four cars with more than 1/2 a tank full each, perhaps we all ought to get in the car hire business. Any way that a side we had a superb break and game of golf.
Thanks once again and contact you soon

Great time in Vilamoura, Portugal
Thanks very much for your query below.
We had a great time last week in Vilamoura and we were very lucky with the weather. Sunny and around 20 degrees all week.
The Ampalius [hotel] was fine and our transfers were on time. The golf courses were great with Monte Rei and the Old Course being the best of the ones we played.
Thanks again and be in touch later in the year.
Regards, Dominic. Jan 08

Golf in Lagos, Portugal
Thanks - everything went very well on our recent golf holiday. My colleagues were very happy with the [Tivoli Lagos] hotel and transport arrangements and all the golf courses [Silves, Parque da Floresta, Boavista and Penina Championship] were in good condition. At Silves we found ourselves in the middle of a very large visiting party (German/Dutch?) who seemed to be playing a competition of sorts and this made for a very slow round but apart from that everything was fine.
Thanks for all your efforts on our behalf.
regards,Geoff Cooke, UK, Jan 2008

Everything went perfectly. [Sunset Beach Club] Hotel, cars, [Santana, Mijas Los Lagos and Santa Clara] golf were all as booked. I'm sure I will be using your services again.
Thank you again for the excellent service,

I passed your mail at Angelo, however I know that their holiday was OK, everything, accomodation , car ( Berlingo) tee time [PGA Catalunya, Girona, Golf D'Aro] and .. restaurants!
I hope that will be the same next time on March ( please we want to be sure about car, Berlingo)
Thank you for your attention.

We enjoyed our golf very much. Both of us are high handicappers and the [Penina] resort course suited us perfectly. It was obvious the course was maintained to the same standards as the main course, and the club house staff and restaurant staff were very helpful.

Golf in Costa del Sol, Spain
We had a great time as always on our annual golf week. The only drawback this year was the poor exchange rate for the pound which meant that we were paying prices for food and drink far in excess of what we pay back home. We are already talking about next year and it looks like we will be going outwith the euro zone for our golf holiday.
This was the first time I had used your company and I must commend you for the excellent service you provided in booking our golf and transport. I did everything through e mail and this worked our very well even though I was dealing with Carol in your Canada office. The transport to and from the golf was first class and the very comfortable buses were always there well ahead of schedule.
Turning to the golf, we played Santa Maria first and as usual the course was in good order. Although some of the holes appear flat it was quite hard going for those who chose to walk as there is quite a distance from green to tee at many holes. El Chaparral was a new course for us and despite its narrow fairways and quick greens most of our party enjoyed the day and would go back. This is a must course for a buggy as walking is out of the question. Santana was another new course for us and again most of our party enjoyed the day. The course was in excellent condition and was also relatively flat for those who chose to walk. Our final game was at Mijas Lagos. Some of us had played the course before and had been looking forward to playing it again as we remembered it as a difficult but fair course. However, on the day the course was not at its best and the tees, fairways and greens were below the standard we expected. It was almost as if it was off season. If we had know this in advance we would have chosen another course. The only thing to commend it was the fact that the buggies had GPS and, unlike the other courses, you were allowed on the fairways with your buggy.
Many thanks again for your excellent service.

Golf on Penina Championship, Algarve, Portugal
Great golf course. In great condition. ( fantastic greens )
One of the best I have played. Good variety of holes
Very tough. Not suitable for high handicappers.
4 hours & 10 mins round. Not bad for a 4 ball on such a course.
Friendly welcoming staff. Good food ( a wee bit pricey )
