The California Apartments are situated in the centre of Playa de Las Americas, in a peaceful garden area, but only a short distance from a wide selection of Bars, Restaurants, shops and all types of amenities offered in Playa de las Americas. The Troya Beach is only 800 m away and the Las Vistas Beach at only 700 m. It is an ideal place for those who wish to spend their holidays within easy reach of the variety of entertainment available in this resort.

The 1 bedroom apartments have a separate twin bedroom and lounge. Cleaning 5 times per week, change of linen 3 times per week, and change of towels 2 times per week.
