Master suite with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bath/shower room. 2 further twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and adjacent luxury shower room/WC. Detached guest cottage (sleeps 2 people) comprising of double bedroom, shower room and kitchenette.
Facilities: Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Double garage and workshop with internal access from the villa. The villa has mature fully integrated gardens containing many fruit trees and aloe vera garden. Private off-road parking for two vehicles. Private swimming pool with disabled access. Located on the terrace is a BBQ area with outdoor furniture and outside warm and cold water shower. Air conditioning to bedrooms of main house. Towels and bed linen included. Weekly maid service.
Location/nearby: No.28 Monte Judeu is located in an elevated position in a select location of substantial residential properties. It is less than 1hr by car from Faro International Airport.
Nearby restaurants and bars: A selection of good restaurants and good shopping facilities are located 10 minutes away by car.
Nearest golf: There are a number of good golf courses within 20 mins, including Palmares and the renowned Penina complex is just 4km away.
Driving time (nearest airports and sights): The towns of Alvor and Portimao and their associated beaches (including Praia Da Rocha) are easily accessible by car (within 20mins), with the resort towns of Lagos and Albufeira slightly further afield. Away from the coast is the hamlet of Monchique, renowned since Roman times for the benefits of its natural spring waters.
