Añoreta
Golf
Rincon de la Victoria, Costa
del Sol, Spain
Añoreta Golf Club was
the second golf course built east of Malaga (at Rincon de la Victoria)
, and it was the first to be designed by the renowned Spanish and Ryder
Cup player, José Maria Cañizares. The course is 18 holes,
par 72, and is 5976 metres from the white tees. There are some difficult
holes on this course and also some spectacular scenery as well as sea
and coastal views to enjoy. Although the fairways and greens are generally
fairly wide, accuracy remains important as there are 11 holes with water
hazards on this course. Watch out for the 17th hole, where the green is
surrounded on three sides by water. Añoreta Golf Club has a driving
range as well as practice facilities and a golf school that offers both
individual and group lessons.
